First trip left a lot to be desired but after my return trip and sharing my frustration the staff helped me to put the correct tires in my cart until I could purchase them. When my tires arrived they put them on and charged me as little as possible. I returned for my 50 mile retorque to be told nobody ever did that. Glad I did cuz I don't want to risk my warranty. Staff ended up being more helpful than my first visit. Will buy tires here again ๐

The store did a dissatisfaction job on my vehicle. I have a appointment for 3:00, I arrived at 2:38. I didn't leave there until 5:30ish. I need a four new tires put on, they only put on3 new tires on stated the could get the driver front off. I had a appointment and they took cars that didn't have any appointment first. After the complete, I drove over to Sam's club and the unloosen the lugs that they so call couldn't get off. Never again Walmart on Peoria. Stay away I also saw the reviews, but ignored them.Trying to give them a chance, my fault for going.

Walmart is my favourite place but no staff on the floor when you need them desprately...its based on self help most of the time. Other than that staff could be intemidating when they check,on you at till point..,could be more descrite as to not to offend you.

I purchased 4 tires online at the black Friday sale. The tires arrived promptly at my door. I then made an appointment with Walmart auto care to have them mounted at the Walmart purchase price. They were extra busy that day but everything went smoothly and worked out well. I'd definitely recommend them in store or online.

Never answered the phone so I stopped in to see if they had a tire size. No one in site. Door greeter silent & useless. Pressed the payment pad for help. Svc writer comes out with tablet and tells me they don't carry it at this store. I asked if she could check another Walmart. She told me to check online and she could only call another one of I have one to call. I asked for someone other than asvc writer to try and help me. Guy comes out and said they have no way to look up availability of tires. No suggestions offered. Great big sign behind him boasting how they have over 20k tires available within 48hr. What about that?? What about a can do attitude? Nope. I hope they close and these people can stop stealing a paycheck

Worst experience at a Walmart Auto Center ever, I will not use this location ever again. Auto center was being remodeled, so all services were being handled through the sporting goods register, staff was un-prepaired for this issue. Cash transactions took literally over 15 mins to complete (customer ahead of me), I was paying with a debit card and the whole system crashed while I was trying pay after waiting 40 mins after my service was completed, then we went over to garden center and they crashed that register too, I wasn't able to get a receipt after paying for my service, I was there from 10:45a to 1:15p, for an oil change and a tire rotation, not acceptable.

Today, I was buying a tire after another Walmart told me that the tire I needed would be here. The attendant at the auto care center there was named Ruben. Right off the bat, he looked annoyed and angry. After helping another customer, I asked him if he could find the tire I needed or another similar. He told me that there was none rudely. We left but my husband wanted to check the tires himself. When he checked, he found 4 other tired of the Good year version we needed. Ruben lied to us and I feel it is because we are Mexican. This made me feel unsafe and I don't think I'll be returning again!

Great customer service. Had a battery replaced that was under warranty. Quick service and no run around. My receipt was faded from being left under the visor. No problem Dom scanned the battery, brought up the records and replaced the battery. This was an easy, no hassle warranty exchange. THANKS Dom!

I'm so grateful to the people at this Auto Care Center. My battery died when I arrived at work last Thursday. I purchased a battery online from this store. After receiving a jump I arrived there hoping they could install the battery for me. The girl at the check in was very sweet. She said they were not currently taking walk ins but she would check with the mechanics to see if they could squeeze me in. She said it would take a couple of hours but they would do the install! I had my car that evening!

Omfg the massive waste of a day they gave me... 2pm appointment, 2 cars in the bay (including mine) 5 service techs. 3 hrs and 15mins!!!!!! Out of the 5 techs, 3 were hanging out with an off duty tech looking at his new motorcycle for hours outside the bays. I ordered my tires a week before, so that wasn't the issue. Oh and 1 seat inside near the auto service area, I had to go borrow a camping chair from sporting goods. Do better Walmart. I will say the clerk at the auto desk was awesome and helpful but jeeeeezzz now I know why this Walmart was the only one to have an appointment within two weeks of ordering the tires.

This is the first I've heard of Walmart not holding appointments. I scheduled about a week out for the soonest available appt & missed it due to a severe & timely inconvenience. This location would not take me because they were "slammed too close to closing" sent me to another location and neither advised I would be double charged.

They dropped the ball on this one so hard at the end of the day. They asked me no questions about my vehicle, nor if I have any modifications and I came in for my tire appointment and did not get any tires put on they put the tires that I purchased from them back in my trunk and my day was wasted. Additionally, itโs going to cost me $82 to get my stud replaced which they broke using those power tools that they are not even experienced enough to obviously be using their customer service and ethics department will be hearing from me .

Got the synthetic "deal" but when I asked why my bill was so much more she advised (small print) it's only 5 quarts and my vehicle takes 6. Ended up no deal but the work was fine.

Very slow, show up for my 8 AM For one tire replace end up leaving around 10. They damaged the tire sensor when replacing the tire absolutely nightmare not recommended.

Took truck in and they said they changed the oil filter,but was never changed and they never tighten my skid plate down and it went flying off in traffic a week later !? Don't let these "mechanics" touch your ride !!!!! They basically drained the oil and refilled and shut the hood!

I ordered tires over the internet. Because they seem not to stock the tire size any more. That was a big mistake. I should have went to a big name tire store instead. Walmart seems to tell you they will be there at there store for pickup a certain day but the tires are always delayed a few days. So you can't count on them to be there on time expect for them to be a few days later.

Had an appointment at 10:30 for an oil change. Had the car there at 10:20. Walked around the store killing time for 2 hours. Finally I saw my car parked in the lot. Thinking they finished the oil change I waited in line to pick up my car. At the register, the associate couldnโt find the paperwork or my keys. After a long trip to the service area he returned and said they didnโt have the filter for my car! Absolutely the most disorganized auto care center I have ever seen. If you donโt know how to service autos, get out of the business!!

I had the headlights cleaned today on a 2004 vehicle. Honestly, I didn't think they could be cleaned. They were so bad, I often checked to make sure I had them on at night. For less than 40 bucks, I figured it was worth a try. WOW was I ever surprised! Pleasantly surprised... x 100! Alejandro D. did a FANTASTIC job. Thank you so much Alejandro!
