I had my front brakes replaced and an oil change done at Midas, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team did an excellent job, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made sure I understood what was being done. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Arizona 6 years ago. The last time I brought my car here for brakes, it took 12 visits back to get the brakes finally somewhat in good order. Today, when I came to pick up my car, there was body damage that wasn’t there when I dropped the car off earlier. I brought it to their attention. Excuses were made. Liability denied. I will get estimates for repair, and return. If repairs aren’t made, perhaps a judge will decide the proper course of action. If Midas decides to own up to it, I will update this review. EDIT: still no willingness to correct the problem. I took the car to a body shop and found out the tech lifted it wrong and it caused both fenders to bend out of shape on both sides. I will have to put it through insurance and they’ll pursue Midas for reimbursement. If I don’t get my deductible back, mark my words: I will take them to small claims court. And don’t think for one second I will hesitate. Yes this is very petty. I don’t deal with dishonest businesses. Apparently they can’t keep people. Wonder why that is? Every time I’ve been back, they have all new faces. Time to find a new repair shop….after 6 years….no interest in making it right. Just inviting me to find another shop. So Midas “customer relations” responded with a generic website. I responded. Just a general response from them. Nothing substantial.

They got me in pretty quick with no appointments even though appointments are preferred, and took their time with the assessment. Gave me a full report and explained everything for me. I stopped by Midas for their free oil change with a toy donation, and it was my first time at any Midas shop. Joe, the manager, had awesome customer service and gave me a full breakdown report of my car. I also received a complimentary tire rotation, which I really needed. The waiting area was super comfortable — they even had a popcorn machine and Pawn Stars playing on the TV, which made the wait enjoyable. I truly felt like my Prius was taken care of. Even though it was past closing time, I never felt rushed at all. This was such a wonderful experience. I’ve never seen such great attention to detail at an auto shop. I’m really thankful for the staff at this location. I even called my parents right after to brag about it and recommended Midas for their car needs, too. I’ll definitely be back for future service! =)

Came in for an oil change, and they did a full inspection. Johnathan was super helpful, and made sure my car got a full inspection. I had no idea my brake fluid was so bad, and he strongly recommended I get that changed as well as a new cabin air filter. He ended up giving me such a good deal on everything and made sure I was taken care of. As a woman going into the mechanics is always kinda anxiety inducing so having someone like him here eased my mind.
