Was really looking forward to trying this place out as it was our first time here. Scheduled an online appointment because there is a $25 coupon for scheduling online. I arrived at 9 o’clock for my 9 AM appointment was told they would give me a call when it’s done, I finally went back over at 11 o’clock to check in (oil changes have never taken longer than 1-1.5 hours max) and they had not gotten started on my vehicle for an oil change and also said they still have 3 cars in front of me. The gentleman stated that if you make an appointment online, you should also call in as well… So I’m not really sure why they offer online appointment booking if you need to call. in addition, he said if I need my vehicle serviced somewhat quickly to let them know that but I guess I thought that’s what an appointment was for? They seem nice but make sure you have 5-6 hours for an oil change.

Made an appointment for an oil change, first time at this facility, had own oil and filter, arrived at 9 am and left at 10:30 am, it took way too long for a oil change. They did some routine inspections and gave me recommended list costing $3,800. I will shop else where for oil change and auto work.

Another great service experience from Wilhelm! This is the third car that I’ve been taking to Wilhelm for all of my service. They helped me nurse my last Lexus to 250,000 miles, and I hope they will help me do the same again. I stopped going to the dealer for service because they inevitably want to add extra service items that aren’t required, but sure are expensive. Wilhelm is trustworthy, capable and a great value. I highly recommend them. Ask for Tony!

I went in for an oil change and since my car is older I asked for it to be greased. After everything was done and checked he explained the problems they found which I did appreciate. One problem I asked about could not be fixed because of going off and on and that day it was off. He did explain what probably was the cause but was not able to get a code to tell them which one was causing the problem. I was pleased with the service and explanations of the problems I have.
