Went above and beyond taking care of us. Price was fair. Explained things that were wrong but didnt necessarily need to be fixed and told us honestly what needed to be fixed. Other auto shops would just do work and send you a giant bill. Even if the work didn't really need to be done. Appreciate the honesty, straightforwardness, and kindness. The owner is very caring for his customers and honest. Which is hard to find. He is really busy so plan in advance but if it's a car emergency he has made it work quickly as possible. As a single Mom it's so hard to make ends meet. I found West Side Auto when I most needed a mechanic but financially unable to pay that much money. My Grandmother had passed and I needed to say my last goodbye in California, with my car not working that wasnt an option. Well Rami fixed my 2017 Kia Sportage and even found a recall on the driver side door that the dealership failed to notice. The owner is an absolute angel human! I got a quote for extensive repairs from a place nearby and got a second opinion here. He fixed my car up in a couple hours ( instead of days) for literally 10 percent the price. They are honest and friendly and totally made my week. Id recommend them to everyone I know.
