Kerry's crew were outstanding from the start to finish. They did a wonderful job, and the waiting room is the most comfortable I've ever been in. Thank you and I'll be back.

I've gone to this Kerry to get oil changes and basic maintenance for a few years now. Sometimes I'll wait over an hour for an oil change with a scheduled appointment. Today, I had to leave. It was almost three hours, and my car still hasn't been pulled in. When I went to the front desk, they were understanding, but didn't do anything to motivate me to stay. Headed to a different Kerry. They were able to get me right in. Original review...Excellent service. Friendly, professional, and honest. I'll definitely be back. Very convenient shuttle service, as well. And a super nice waiting room. They made the whole experience comfortable and convenient. Thanks, Tyler and Jose. Keep up the great work!

Kerrys is awesome. Professional and honest. I've tried other places like Gruelich, Firestone etc but came back to Kerrys for their prices and great customer service.

Incomplete work, poor communication, Attorney General involvement, partial refund only after threat of small claims. Kerry’s Car Care (Peoria location) completed part of the work on my car (engine, transmission, and driveshaft installation), but much of the remaining work I paid for was left incomplete or done incorrectly. The wire harness install, in particular, was attempted but improperly routed and unfinished. I had to remove and reinstall it myself, along with completing fuel lines, AC lines, radiator, intercooler, and other engine assembly components that were never touched — despite being included in the cost. Over several months, I tried to resolve the issue directly. I spoke to three managers (Jon, Jack, and Collin), all of whom acknowledged problems but failed to follow through. Promises to escalate the issue to their district manager (Devlin Melton) were never fulfilled — and I later discovered that the email to Devlin they claimed was sent, was never actually sent. Every time a new manager took over, I had to start from scratch, re-explaining my situation without progress. After exhausting all internal avenues, I filed a formal complaint with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. It wasn't until I made it clear that I was preparing to take my full documentation to small claims court that they finally agreed to issue a partial refund of $3,400 — months after the work was originally left incomplete. I also had confirmation from the harness manufacturer that the harness Kerry’s claimed was finished had not been completed or installed correctly. I kept detailed records, including photos, videos, receipts, and email threads, and yet it still took outside pressure and the threat of legal action to see any accountability. While I acknowledge that some mechanical work was done correctly, the level of disorganization, miscommunication, false statements, and unfinished work made this the most frustrating shop experience I've ever had. Use this shop at your own risk. I bet they are fine with simple oil changes, but anything else beware. If you do, document everything — and be prepared to fight to get what you paid for

As if dealing with car maintenance as a female isn’t already hard and stressful with being overcharged/taken advantage of, this place made it so much worse for me. First time bringing my car here, Mom of 4, car exhaust was smoking and broken down. Called ahead and asked to bring it in or if I need an appointment. They said no we’re not busy, bring it in. I let them know I need my car today because of my kids. They assured me it would be quick and a FREE inspection before they work on it! Perfect! Left my vehicle there at 8am, called at 11am.. didn’t even bring it in the bay but assured me I’m next. Called at 3pm again. STILL DID NOT BRING IT IN THE BAY. Wasn’t able to get my kids from school at this point. I call again at 4pm and they finally sent me the report of a simple valve replacement along with a $100 inspection fee tacked on. I questioned it because i was told free inspection. They said well we did an “in depth” inspection. A 30 min inspection after I left my car there all day is in depth? Didn’t ask for in depth. And a valve is simple and not in depth. They refused to remove it so I told them no to the repair and I will come get my car and they said they won’t charge the fee then since I’m not doing a repair. What?? Soooo the inspection fee now is free?? Even tho you did the inspection? 😵💫 make it make sense. Just another place trying to add bogus fees and extra costs for no reason to see if a female will not know any better. It’s not about the $100, it’s the principle and the dishonesty. Very rude over the phone too, terrible customer service from the start. No place that deserves business. Wont ever come back, wasted an entire day but thanks for the free diagnostic to take elsewhere 👍🏻

These guys at Lake Pleasant Kerry's Car Care are phenominal at Customer Service!! I would know as I have been a CSR for 23 years. Jeffery took really great care of us & he spent more than a normal amount of phone time explaining & updating us on the progress. Ben had initially checked us in for an unknown misfire in the spark plug/cylinders part of the engine, & I was never concerned about the level of care he implied we will get at Kerry's Car Care. Thankful for the patience & tenacity of the Technician, who spent tedious hours of time involved until he got it right!

Great service. Great price for an oil change. Was charged $10 less than I was quoted. I waited and they had it done in a timely manner and were very nice.

Since relocated here, it's been a challenge to find a mechanic home. Long story short, I think I have, at Kerry's Car Care, this particular location only. I want to thank the GM Mike who's the bomb.com for his patience, listening, and outstanding customer service. And the team for being attentive and observant. What a true blessing. They got my Oreo back on the road driving smooth. Thank y'all, until Oreo's next maintenance appointment, see you then.

Unfortunately I have had 2 instances with a service problem. The first, the head mechanic provided a list of parts to replace on my jeep. I went to the dealership to get a second opinion and only 1 of the 5 items was recommended. Second, they did a wheel alignment on my yukon. They advised to get the front end checked and they did the best they can. It pulled horribly to the right at higher speeds. Unsafe to drive honestly. I took the yukon to a competitor. The competition found the alignment was very far off and fixed it. They did not find any problems with the front end. Yukon drive straight as can be now. I like the people here but due to the service I experienced, I will never go back. Edit on 12/11: I wanted to acknowledge that the manager reached out to me since posting this to see what they can do to make things right. I really appreciate that Mike took the time to discuss and provide a remedy the problems I experienced. As a result, I have increased the rating and may use them again in the future.

This is one of many times I brought a vehicle to Kerry's. This visit was told replace spark plugs and coil packs. Just like every visit so far, they have me a honest good quote, fast service and zero issues. I highly recommend. I will be returning for more work when I need it. Thank you Kerry's team!

Ben was extremely helpful every time I called (like 10 before I even came into the store) he informed me every time that I was able to price match and was able to get my original service cheaper because of that! They also once they did the initial service found quite a few issues and were able to talk to me about what needed to be done immediately and what could wait a little bit for me to save money! They were all extremely nice and even paid for me to get an uber home so I didn’t have to wait in their shop while they fixed my car! 10/10 would recommend this car shop to everyone I come across because of their amazing customer care and speed in fixing my vehicle!

I usually work on my own cars bc I can. Recently I broke down on the busy road in front of their shop. They did everything they could to help me out of traffic. I ended up having to be towed. I had the tow company bring it right to their shop. Since they were so helpful I let them do the work on my truck. They had truck done that day. Great people, quality work, good prices. Definite recommend!!

Absolutely do not take your vehicle here!!! I took my Range Rover in for an oil change and the day I was there waiting another customer came in stating they had theirs changed the day prior, and they went home & checked dipstick to find they didn’t add oil. They denied this at first and then while I was sitting there came in and admitting it, apologizing. Well, what are the chances that could happen again?! But it did! My vehicle only needs oil changed once/year or 12k miles. Well 4 months later car won’t start, because it’s bone dry out of oil with potential catastrophic engine failure. The vehicle had been into Land Rover multiple times since then and is documented with video underneath and multi point inspection each time, showing absolute zero leaks or irregular oil burning. They have completely denied liability and basically told Land Rover (on a recorded call) to screw off. I am preparing lawyer for potential suit as they may have destroying a $120k vehicle. They are rude, condescending, and unwilling to accept responsibility for something that has no level of plausible deniability considering the documentation I’ve had since they changed it.

Absolutely outstanding service at Kerry’s Car Care in Peoria! HUGE shout out to Jeff for exceptional customer service, a willingness to treat me (a woman) honestly and fairly. I came in with what felt like an overwhelming “laundry list” of needs and wants – everything from long-overdue maintenance, a couple of tricky diagnostic issues, and fixes I’d been putting off. Not only did the team at Kerry’s knock out every single item, they truly went above and beyond at every turn. They took the time to explain everything clearly (no upselling, no pressure, just honest recommendations), kept me updated throughout the day, and even squeezed me in when I mentioned I had a tight schedule due to travel plans. The work was done fast, the pricing was fair and transparent, and when I picked up my truck it honestly felt brand new again. Little thoughtful tasks, not on my list, were done showing how much they care about the customer experience. I’ve been to plenty of shops in the Peoria area, but Kerry’s has earned a customer for life. If you want a shop that treats you like family and delivers top-notch work with zero headaches, this is the place. Thank you, Jeff and team – you guys are the real MVPs! Highly, highly recommend Kerry’s Car Care! 🙌

I went in for a simple tire change and balance 2/27/26 around 1pm for my 2002 Honda s2000. Towards the end the service rep walks over to me and stated that one of lug nuts stripped on the lug on the front passenger side and they have to remove it. I told them that's fine if they are going to replace it, they apologized for the inconvenience . The tech working at the time removed the lug stud by cutting it out and then took off the knuckle to see what's needed. I have arp 100-7712 lugs that are extended. They ended up blaming it on the hardware of the lug nut being faulty. The lug nuts I have are 6 months old and I've rotated my tires on my car by myself multiple times in-between oil changes and valve adjustments. This is a dual purpose vehicle capable of being daily driven and sees the racetrack/spirited driving with thousands in safety equipment and suspension components. They quoted me for a service for around $330ish to replace the wheel bearing and lug studs dollars which I declined because I believe for them to be at fault. They were able to get the wheel completely off no problem. But somehow the lug nut was stripped on the stud before the tire was back on. The tech believes the hardware that I have is faulty. The front wheel hubs, bearings and lug studs were replaced in October 2025. Since then I've done multiple tire rotations with my new hardware with no issue. I declined the repair as this was working fine for thousands of miles as this is my daily driver. I ended up leaving the shop with only 4 lugs on front passenger at a discounted rate of $80 for the mount and balance. They still charged me, which is fair. Come today 2/28/26 I put my car up for an inspection as it was driving a little weird since. I removed the tire and checked the components they touched. One thing to note is that they never put on the valve stem caps. They also over torqued my outer tie rod with no cotter pin. They did fine on the upper control arm ball joint but I am going to remove the knuckle and retorque to spec. If they missed valve stems and cotter pins with over torqued outer tire rods. Kerry's car 'care' on 8294 W lake Pleasant pkwy, definitely don't 'care' from the work the tech showed. Attached will be pictures of the work done. Other than that the wheels and tires were mounted and balanced fine. Just sucks that I won't be trusting this shop's techs for my vehicles. Front desk service was great however. Edit 2/28/26 @ 6:43pm I got everything torqued to factory specs, the tie rods are now good with a cotter pin and lower ball joint torque was corrected. What I didn't know is that every single wheel lug torque had different values, ranging from 120ft lbs minimum onwards just trying to loosen and measure with a torque wrench. Factory specs for this specific car is 80ft lbs. This indicates that the tech used an impact and over torqued them without checking torque values, which probably caused the issue in the first place. DO NOT go to this shop as they do not adhere to factory torque specifications. I retorqued the wheels to factory specs and the car drives just fine now.
