Brought failed Fox shocks from Munds Park to Phoenix in hopes of getting them rebuilt on a turn-around-trip. Not expecting this to happen, I was amazed that the staff dropped what they were doing and jumped on the shocks & had them finished in just a couple of hours! Amazing!! I though customer service like this was long dead, but McMullen & Team proves how wrong that is. Kudos to them; they have my highest recommendation!

First time customer and super impressed with the whole experience. Kevin spent ample time on the phone answering my questions, issues & fixes for my sand rail (first-time sand car owner) before I even stepped foot in the shop. He was patient, relaxed, knowledgeable, and most-importantly willing to share his knowledge. He revalved and refreshed my King bypasses, reservoir coilovers, and bumpstops. Also rebuilt my transaxle (Mendeola 2D). He set time-frame & cost estimate expectations and followed through on both. Another thing, my rod ends (hiems) were an oddball size (1"-12tpi) that I couldn't find anywhere. Kevin was able to track down 1 of 2 companies in the U.S. that still make them. The alternative would have been much more costly (chop up arms and reweld new standard threaded bungs). Lastly, I was having a tough time stabbing (aligning) the transaxle back into the motor, so Kevin stopped by on his way home to give me a hand. Way above and beyond! I rarely find businesses that take such good care of customers from start to finish, so I'm thankful to have found Kevin at Kevin McMullen Racing.
