Lunde performed warranty recall service on our 2013 Passat this part failed 1 year later and only1400 miles. And they won't cover the replacement. They just lost my business.

The three stars go to Codi. This was my first time in for service and I can honestly say I wont be back. Cashier like Neil wants to pass the buck and play go to Neil. Neil who was at his desk doesn't acknowledge I am standing in front of him, then decided he would make a "pretend phone" call after which I said "customer's standing in front of you don't take priority"? He then passed me off to Codi who was actually on the phone "working" Pretty disgusted VW of Peoria. Clearly customer service is a thing of the past and taking my money is all they want. They don't inspect brakes, tires or anything for $100 bucks?

Service writers are friendly and respond when they say they will. Bought a car there and was not pressured in any way. Will definitely but another Volkswagon again. Plus the lifetime power train warranty was definitely worth the purchase.

Had an appointment to get my 2013 Volkswagen Jetta serviced here. Scheduled it, in-person, with Mr. Rodriguez, the day before it was serviced. Got a new cabin air filter, a pan drop on my transmission, and a coolant flush for my engine. Everything was under $500! All in all, I was very happy with the service, the establishment itself, and most importantly, the level of professionalism of their employees! Would recommend to anyone needing to get their VW serviced!! (:

I have been going too Lunde Volkswagen for a number of years. The best dealership in town. Sales person Danny Corralas is wonderful to work with. He's knowledgeable and trustworthy. Drew, the finance person was also great to work with. Will keep doing business with this dealership for years to come.

THESE GUYS ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.. ( $4000 LATER I STILL HAVE LEAK AND THEY ARE TRYING TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME AFTER I RECEIVED BILL STATING EVERYTHING WAS GOOD TO GO AND PAID THEM. THIS IS BS BUSINESS.👎

Bell road Volkswagen is awesome! Fantastic service on my daughter's tiguan. This was her 1st time getting service so I stood by and watched her interaction with the technician. She stated what was wrong and he was kind and accommodating. The staff here is great. They were able to use her warranty for the issue and even gave her a few free upgrades.

Purchased a new Atlas 2 weekends ago and had issues with the tech connecting. After 5 days in the shop, Ramon offered to swap us out to make us right. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We will be purchasing another vehicle here in the future. Ask for Ramon, no sleazy salesman vibe, honest person that you can relate to. Highly recommend this dealer.

Found a car online and was able to schedule an appointment to test drive it within an hour. Just walking into this dealership was a breath of fresh air. Sales reps are wearing khaki shorts and short-sleeve polo shirts, no pressure, very laid-back. Ryan, my sales rep, was friendly, helpful, and used no high-pressure sales tactics. Tyler in finance had my paperwork done in about 30 minutes. I was honestly in and out in under 90 minutes. Would recommend highly.

Amazing service department. I took my Atlas in today to check the low tire pressure warning. Jesse greeted me with a smile, and went the extra mile to help me today. I didn’t have an appointment and they were still able to service me in minutes. They found and repaired the whole in my tire, replaced the engine cover from a previous recall (I didn’t know was available today until Jesse alerted me), completed an inspection, ordered a taillight, and washed my Atlas all within a couple of hours. The waiting room is spacious, clean and welcoming for their guests. I highly recommend Lunde’s Peoria Volkswagen for all of your needs.
