I went here to have my interlock device removed. When I picked up my car, I noticed the driver’s seat had been moved all the way back. When I tried to adjust it, the seat no longer moved. I immediately contacted the shop and was asked to bring it back the next morning. When I spoke with the owner, Steveo, I was disappointed by how dismissive and unprofessional he was. He insisted the technician never moved the seat, which is hard to believe—I’m 5'9", and there’s no way I could drive with the seat in that position. To make matters worse, they wanted me to pay them to fix the seat—after I had just paid $160 for a 20-minute job. On top of that, the car was returned dirty, and instead of fully removing the interlock system, they just clipped the wires and left a mess behind. This place feels like a cash grab, not a professional shop. They don’t take responsibility, and they don’t stand behind their work. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
