5/5 great service great guy and fast work I won’t take my car to anybody else moving forward he’s the best hands down I just moved from Chicago and had another mobile mechanic over working on my car that was completely ripping me off and not doing good work I left that guy and few hours later I went to Carlos to get my job finished that the other mechanic didn’t into Carlos working on my car he pointed out things that the other mechanic never even saw Carlos put axles and inner and outer tie rods on my car like it was nothing I’m blessed to have met a great guy I feel comfortable and confident in working with Carlos

He is a person who does a good job because he see people for who they are, someone’s son, someone’s daughter, mother or grand parent. My car was in desperate need of work on the brakes had a loud squeaking noise. I had went to three different mechanic shops and not one told me they can fix it today. Carlos gave me his card in the Auto Zone. His advice given that day did not solve the problem with my vehicle - cool no problem. I contacted him and he said he was on a job and would call me right back - never did. I contacted him by text and left a voicemail - no responses. Might want to hire a secretary Los. I have no doubt that he’s one of the best at what he does but, unfortunately I never was able to find out.

he does great work when he answers if he is busy he says he will call you back and never does. so you end up going to a shop and paying 4 times the price. after he didn't answer i threw his card away useless to give it out at auto zone if you can't return calls and don't want customers money, fine by me.
