Went to the shop for engine diagnostic. F150 Ford pickup truck engine was sputtering on and off. Within 30 minutes the mechanic discovered what the problem was, one of the coils at the spark plug was faulty. Recommended replacing the all coils. Truck is running great now.

They were able to fit into their schedule 2 oil changes and they let us know that one of the cars needed further work (brakes and serpentine belt). We have a future appointment for those. The staff was very friendly and informative.

HORRIBLE place, I’ve taken my Lincoln here three times to get the air conditioning fixed and I go to pick it up, pay and then a week later the AC goes out again. This last time I went in for a simple oil change and when I got home I discover my vehicle leaking a lot which it never did before and when I go into the hood to look I see my radiator loose, but also looks like someone took it out and then rushingly put it back not all together. There prices are WAY to expensive and they seem careless and rude. They don’t fix anything. Do not recommend at all!

I took my vehicle to Mastertech on a recommendation from a friend after having some brake issues while up in Pine that had to be taken care of there. Since I was in need of an oil change I brought it in and explained what happened. Jeremy (I think was his name) came out to go over a few details, did the oil change and gave everything the once over. I was impressed with the quality of work, timeliness and honesty not pushing unnecessary work on me! I highly recommend Mastertech!

Love the honesty. The mechanic that worked on my SUV suggested that we use full synthetic oil since it just sits in my driveway 90% of the time. Like it took us 18 months to put 6,000 miles on it just to give you an idea of the length of sitting. He explained the benefits and cons and it was a pressure free conversation! Thank you for that!! These guys are awesome! I can always trust them to tell me the truth. They don't try to tell you that you need some expensive repairs. I had 2 other shops tell me I needed major repairs that would total $1500+. Mastertech told me straight. It was a loose oil filter.

My first visit to Master Tech. I was referred by a friend to see Mike. Took my 1968 Camaro with a 454. Was having a leaky carburetor. Ordered a rebuild kit and took it in and I was very pleased with the entire process and I will definitely return. Good service, clean and impressive shop and quality work.
