The guys here truly are a class act! We bring both of our cars here for service and they treat you like friends and family…so trustworthy and that is a huge relief. My husbands brush guard was hanging off the other day and they helped him without an appt and I had hit some debris in the road that bent some metal around the exhaust and bumper had popped out of place. Porter popped bumper back in, bent the metal back in place and made sure there was no damage to anything else. I am so thankful!! We highly recommend them and so thankful our friend Robert Vazquez referred us to them a couple of years ago after we had dealings with some very dishonest mechanics. Thank you Brakes Plus Peoria!!

Very professional shop providing great service and value!! My brakes were in bad shape and I needed the work done quickly because I had to drive out of town. They were very accommodating and fast. Everyone is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Greatly appreciate the work Will did on my brakes. I had a wonderful experience here. Went in for my breaks. Paul was the point of contact and set the amazing customer service off to a great start. He offered me a Lyft home to wait for my car to be done. I decided to stay and work while I waited. He kept me updated throughout. They had my car done in less than two hours. So far so good. I hear a little bit of noise still, however he explained it may happen for a few miles. Will update if anything changes.

I have not been to this location in quite sometime but had an issue with my brakes that needed to be addressed immediately. Porter and the crew were able to get me in same day, fix the issues and had me back on my way with quality work and my mind at ease. What I really like about this location and why I will be coming back no question in the future was the customer service. While waiting for the service to be completed I was asked numerous times by different employees if I was doing ok, needed anything or just simply let me know what they were doing in my vehicle at the point in time. The facility itself was very clean and comfortable while I waited with food and a gas station right next door for those who may not be able to leave after drop off. Porter was excellent and was even kind enough to mention coupons and a rebate promotion they had going on that I qualified for and saved me $130 (I would have never known about this had he not said anything, the guy is a legend). The honesty, integrity, quality of work and customer service just locked my business in for the foreseeable future.

I stopped in at Brakes Plus yesterday and had a fantastic experience. I actually showed up about 45 minutes earlier than my appointment time since I was in the area, and they still managed to get me in right away. They needed to check my brakes because they were squeaking, and initially, they estimated it would take about an hour. While I was waiting in the parking lot, the manager drove over to me while road testing my truck. He noticed my truck had pretty big tires and explained that because of that, it might take three or four hours since they needed a particular machine that someone else was using. But he went above and beyond — he offered to drive me home himself in my own vehicle, and later they arranged a Lyft to pick me up once everything was finished. They even gave me a military discount. When I came back, he shook my hand, explained everything in detail, and the whole staff was just incredibly friendly and honest. I’d highly recommend Brakes Plus to anyone who wants fair pricing, great customer service, and a team that truly takes care of you. You won’t be disappointed. My truck is nice and quiet again, and they even fixed my misaligned steering wheel. Much appreciated, guys — Thank you.!! 💪💯
