EU Auto is a complete fraud. Referred my daughter to them based on Reviews and they unfortunately turned out to be hustlers. They have a base diagnostic and oil change price which we agreed to. Called back with additional recommendations. Was told there would be an additional $821.00 to replace motor mounts. So my daughter called to explain and I approved. When she got the call to come pick up her car, the was now over $1400.00 plus the original charge for diagnostics, oil change and 2 cabin filters. So it’s now over $1800.00. Needless to say she won’t be coming back and I will forward to Better Business Bureau.

If you drive European and you are always worried about where to take your car for maintenaince/repairs... forget the dealership, this is the BEST shop in Charlotte. Ethan and the team are friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely honest (which is rare). The prices are fair, the service is top notch, and they will simply earn your business.
