I'm very dissatisfied with the tire repair service I requested. After calling for assistance, I never received a follow-up and was left waiting for hours. The lack of communication and poor customer service I experienced were unacceptable. I will never trust this business with my vehicle in the future.

My experience with these people over the phone was decent, but when I arrived, I had to wait nearly 2 hours just for 2 tires. I sat there watching them put all the tires back on, and I asked him, 'Did you balance them?' The guy then lied about it, which I found wild, especially since I saw him just put my tire on, fill it with air, and roll it back onto the vehicle. If your women please don't let them scam you. Look at the tires, take pictures, know what you're buying, compare prices.

This place literally saved me!! Long story short we were visiting Charlotte for a concert (just my daughter & I) we got finished at the concert and walked out to a flat tire! Thankfully I had a spare! We were able to make it here and they did a wonderful job. No wait time. No hassle! They immediately got to work and did an awesome job and we were able to safely return home. Definitely recommend!

Towed my car in last night. They were open and ready to help. They unfortunately didn’t have the size but said they were have them first thing in the morning. By the time I got back they were already working on my car. They were able to fix a bent rim as well. Good price. In and out.

Had a blowout around 8pm. They charged me $167+ for road side assistance with a used tire. The next day I noticed a bubble bulging out of the side of the tire they put on so I called to see if they could replace it with a new one. Went there the guy said in order for me to get a new one I’d have to pay and extra $55. But I could get another used one for free. I appreciate the help they sent to get my children and I off the side of the road but if I would’ve known that it was a waste of my time and money I wouldn’t have called them. If you want tires that won’t last a week then they are a great place. $50-$70 used tires. Nothing new.

Cap was great! Really cool guy who took care of me from start to finish. He was actually the only employee to speak or interact with me & was very efficient in his work. I drove off feeling great about my tires & wasn't worried about a thing. Thanks Cap!! Edit to update: I got the two back tires from Tires 4 Less on November 11th & by December 2nd my back driver's tire was completely flat when I went outside to leave 🤦🏽♀️

This was my second bad experience here, and it will be my last. I waited over an hour and a half just to receive extremely careless work. I was given a defective tire that had already been plugged from a nail, and it didn’t even last 24 hours. During installation, one of my bolts was stuck, and instead of properly handling it, the worker banged it until it came out, damaging my car. They also left an entire bolt off my wheel, and now my car is roaring when I drive, which it was not doing before. This is not just sloppy — it’s unsafe. I trusted them with my vehicle and left with more damage than I came with. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing and unprofessional

This place truly is open 24 hours! I had a blown tire during a snowstorm. I went there around 10:30pm and was able to get a tire. This saved me the expense of paying for a tow, not having a car for a day, as well as overpaying for the tire. The balancing wasn't perfect, but I'd definitely recommend this shop.

new tires for my truck 60$ a pop. which i think is good considering most places charge 60 for used tires. as long as your not bothered by employees walking around with ankle monitors on and other employees fighting with there baby mammas. this is the place for you. if I lived in Charlotte I'd go back for another set for sure.

After church my tire pressure came on the dash and the place I got my tires from was closed. I called here and they were able to help me. Very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable.
