My son had an accident and we shopped around for an affordable solution. We found it at Tiger Auto Body! The estimate of cost and time were accurate, no hassle, just an honest business owner. I also appreciate the fact that my inquiries about the progress were answered in a timely manner. There was also a part that I had not accounted for and Tiger still had his staff fix it. I got my car bumper fixed yesterday and got it back around the time he said it would be fixed. The service is amazing. The owner not only told me and assured me that it’ll look brand new, he even took me to the atm and Airbnb I was staying at and picked me up when it was finished. The quality, customer service, time consumption, and price was well worth it. I recommend the shop to 3 people that day. He even sell vehicles and I told him to let me know when he’s ready to sell one in particular. He said he’ll keep in touch. They mean business and very helpful. When I arrived, I saw a woman get truck back and she was excited. She asked if she could give him a hug and when I received my car I understood why. He lets you know up front what will be done and how much; no surprise fees. I even paid a little extra due to his customer service with honoring is word of when it’ll be finish and driving me around.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I came in with my front right bumper out of place, and the owner himself stepped in and fixed it. The repair was done quickly, professionally, and at no charge, which truly speaks to the integrity and customer-first mindset of this business. No upselling, no pressure just honest help and quality work. It’s rare to find a shop where the owner is this hands-on and genuinely cares about customers. Not only was the price extremely affordable especially compared to other quotes I received..but the turnaround time was unreal. I dropped my car off on Wednesday, and by Monday it was completely finished and ready for pickup. That kind of efficiency without sacrificing quality is hard to find. The work was flawless, the communication was consistent, and the entire experience was stress-free. They truly went above and beyond, and my car looks amazing. We dropped off on Friday and it was ready for pickup Saturday afternoon! Talk about quick turn-around. We will choose this shop every time for body shop needs. They were quick, reliable, and exceptionally priced. Our vehicle looks almost like new. Other shops quoted us ridiculous amounts and told us it would take a week or more to have the job done. We came to Tiger body shop with a few parts and they said they would put them on and get items we still needed, no extra charge. They handled the fix, no issues. Choose them! They won’t disappoint!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hidden Gem – Tiger Is Amazing This is a true hidden gem body shop. Tiger, the owner, runs a small shop but delivers big-shop quality without the big-shop prices. His pricing was very reasonable—much better than the corporate body shops—and there was zero compromise on workmanship. The attention to detail is incredible, and the final result is stunning. My Toyota Sienna looks like new, and you honestly can’t tell any work was done. Tiger clearly takes pride in his craft and treats every car like it’s his own. I’ve personally referred my friends with BMW, Honda, and Toyota vehicles, and not a single one has been disappointed—every car came back looking perfect. I brought my car in to get my bumper replaced, and Tiger Body Shop did an amazing job! The whole process was very smooth — quick estimate, clear communication, and the final result looked brand new! These are good people. I dropped off a spoiler to get painted black for my Civic Si, and expected a few hundred bucks and a week or two. This man had the wing painted overnight, I came back today and he wet sanded it, buffed it out, and installed on my car while I waited. Didn’t even charge for the install which is amazing. I spent $150, for a perfect job worth at least 2x what he charged. I will be back, I will refer friends and family, and I will go out of my way to reward Tiger Body Shop with business. When finding a body shop, go to the guys that value you most; that’s Tiger. I called numerous other shops, Tiger answered me, had me a price and held to it. It was quick and painless and he has text messages which is great for me.

AMAZING!! If I could give more stars I absolutely would. The Tiger Body Shop did an incredible job repairing the bumper of a 2006 Toyota Corolla S being gifted to my nephew. The front bumper and bumper wing on the passenger side of the car was damaged pretty bad. Not only was the price beyond fair and affordable the craftsmanship was outstanding! I dropped it off on Friday afternoon and it was ready the following morning and the results were amazing. The entire front of the car looked new!!! I heard he was good, but what a blessing this shop was! Would highly recommend the Tiger Body Shop. Will be my new go to auto body shop! Thank you Tiger and team!!!!

Tiger Body Shop LLC was an amazing experience. I was driving around Charlotte trying to find a body shop to fix this damage, and some places were charging up to $2,900 and said my car would be in the shop for about 3–4 days to fix an issue like this. When I came to Tiger Body Shop LLC, they offered THE BEST PRICE IN CHARLOTTE and they fixed the issue in literally less than a day! The mechanic said it could be fixed within 24 hours or less. The shop did an amazing job on the car, and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. The results speak for themselves. I went in with a 2019 BMW 330i, and I can fully agree and confidently say that the folks at Tiger Body Shop know how to work with German and luxury cars. I cannot recommend this place enough. In summary, I would say: Extreme quality work, super affordable, and very fast service. I definitely believe this is the best place to go to fix any sort of issue with your car. 5 out of 5 stars—no complaints at all. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
