I own a 2011 Honda. AsiaWorks keeps my car reliable and on the road. I've been returning to AsiaWorks for all my needs since my warranty ended with the dealership. Christy provides phenomenal customer service and is very personable. AsiaWorks is reliable, honest, and reasonable.

Asiaworks charged me a substantial amount of money to fix leaking that was getting into my car when it rained. I mentioned their prices continued to vary and increase and when I asked what would happen if the car continued to leak their response was it would be covered under their warranty. Water is still leaking into my car after the work done at the shop that was paid for. Asiaworks would not work to correct the leaking that was still occurring into my car or offer a refund. When I spoke on the phone to the owner about not accepting the unfinished work he told me to stop talking. When I told the owner not to speak to me that way he said ok and hung up on me. The shop threatened to tow my car when I stated I would not accept back a car with unfinished work that had been mentioned by the shop to be covered under a warranty. There are also two additional issues with the car beyond the continued leaking after receiving the car back from the shop that were not present prior to giving the car to the shop. 1. The car battery had been drained and the car would not start the next day. 2. There is a new crack in the back left tail light that was not present when the shop received my car. Update: The leak that Asiaworks could not find was found in less than an hour by two people who have not worked as a car mechanic in the past.

Worst import mechanic. Only reason they are in business is because the dealership is as bad but more expensive. Incompetent and unprofessional. I have tried them twice and both times they failed to get it right the first time.

I will FOREVER take our cars to Kevin at Asiaworks. My husband and I have been burned by Firestone one too many times…they never actually fix anything, just misdiagnose problems that don’t exist (or create new ones, hopefully accidentally?). The team at Asiaworks has our immense gratitude. They are kind, professional, and truly just all around good people. It’s a 40+ minute drive up 74 for us to get to Asiaworks, but it’s absolutely worth every minute!

I found what was originally Hondaworks years ago. The owner Kevin you couldn’t have a more honest mechanic than him. He has worked on every Honda I’ve had lol Every new Honda i get I tell him once the oil changes are done at the dealership Ill be back lol I live in Pineville an the Park rd location is always slammed busy. I go to the Sparta location off Freedom dr is where kevin & his wife are. It’s worth a little 20 min drive , I don’t trust my Honda to anyone else:) Once you take your car once you’ll never go anywhere else :)

Beware you’re going to go here and get a price and when you go pick up your car you’ll be charged over $100 more than what you were quoted. Unethical practice, just take yourself to the dealership and pay about the same price.

I would give this unprofessional incompetent shop a -5 stars if possible. They will not fix your car nor will they own their inability to diagnose. They will overcharge and argue with their customers. Worst import shop I’ve ever dealt with.

KEVIN PUT A CLUTCH IN MY CAR FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THEN DROVE THE CAR TO MY HOUSE WHEN IT WAS DONE. THEN PUT A TIMING BELT ON MY CAR AT NO EXTRA CHARGE AFTER IT BROKE WHILE I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY ON THE WAY TO WORK. HE INSTALLED AN ALTERNTOR THE NEXT WEEK AFTER MINE WENT BAD, I JUST PAID FOR THE PART. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GREAT PEOPLE, SERVICE AND UNDERSTANDING FOR YOU AND YOUR VEHICLE I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU BRING YOUR HONDA, ACURA, TOYOTA OR LEXUS TO KEVIN AT SPARTA AVE OR ADAM IN PINEVILLE. To be honest... they aren't. When a mechanic can't diagnose or fix a 20year old Honda the first time, over and over again, INCOMPETENCE is the best word for him. When they want you to bring it back for them to TRY again. DON'T. Go ANYWHERE else.

One of, if not the best mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Before a cross country move, I got the oil changed at a different mechanic for a 2012 Honda Civic and was told there was an oil leak. I'm skeptical of mechanics typically due to high pricing and upselling and try to do my own car maintenance when I can - the last time I went to one I was charged an asinine amount to change my brakes and rotors, which I've now since learned to do myself. But with the crunch and timeline of this move, as well as the unfamiliar repair, I knew I had to drop it off. I researched around the area and found Asiaworks and thought I'd give them a shot, and couldn't have been happier with my decision. In addition to the team at Asiaworks working with and updating me every step of the way with exceptional hospitality, I was stunned at how affordable the repair was in the end, and the car ran like a dream on the move this past weekend. I'm disappointed that I'll be away from the area - if I had it my way, I'd return to Asiaworks any time my Honda needs repairing. Now I have to find an alternative in Texas, but finding amazing people who won't nickel and dime you at every turn is a rare breed in the mechanic world. Hopefully I'll find someone down here in Texas, but if your Honda or Acura is having issues in the greater Charlotte area, look no further and take your business here. Thank you again Asiaworks!
