I have used Import Clinic for years and they have ALWAYS gone above and beyond my expectations! OK, so who else would come get my car, fix it while I'm at work and deliver it back to my office??!!!!! NO ONE!!! They are amazing, and I never thought I would say that about an auto shop! They do great work, I have never had an issue with anything they have done for me, always superb work, and Pete and Chuck are great guys, thanks, I would recommend you to anyone and everyone!!

The best place... PERIOD. Chuck and Pete are honest and reliable. I've been coming here for about six years. I'm not even sure how I came across this place, but I'm very thankful I did. They have serviced my Land Rover and Lexus and have always done an outstanding job. The issues are fixed right the first time. They have a customer for life.

I have a 2001 Mercedes Benz that Chuck and Pete have taken care of for the last four years and I couldn't be happier. The service is excellent at a fair price. Chuck and his mechanics may be the only people in Charlotte that honestly know how to work on a Land Rovers properly. I went to 4 different places before I discovered him, and they all gave me different answers and prices as to what was wrong with my LR3. Chuck gives fair prices unlike his snaky competitor down the road. I don't want to say any names, but let's just say they specialize and only sell Land Rovers. On top of the service, I was in and out in a timely manner. My LR3 has, honestly, never ran this good and it was only a few minor issues on the engine. I couldn't be happier with it and The Import Clinic. They have not only gained a lifelong client but also referrals to all the people I know with Land Rovers. EXCELLENT job fellas! On a side note, at the place that will not be named they quoted me close to 2 grand for the same issues I was having; I was in and out the door of the Import Clinic for a little over $500.

Chuck is the man! These people know what they are doing in regard to Land Rovers. I know how tricky they are to work with and not just your average mechanic will touch one. I definitely recommend Import Clinic for any work needed on pretty much any vehicle. To add, Chuck is very polite and not your typical mechanic trying to take advantage of you. I don't know where to start, these guys really took care of me. My RANGE Rover was stolen from in front of my house. When they got it, the key was not with it. (I left it in the car when I ran in the house to grab baby and purse, which is punishable by fine in NC) Chuck ordered my key, from dealer for car and installed it. He also showed me damages the adjuster missed. These guys were available when the dealer took a whole day to even call me back to set up receiving my car or even fixing. Pricing was great as well. My advice call import clinic, they are awesome.

Import Clinic experience has been fantastic. Its the only place I will take my Rover, including the dealership. Their prices are the most competitive in the area. Their expertise is spot on and the customer service is extraordinary. Once the issue is diagnosed, Chuck sends a quote breaking out part cost and labor, setting your expectations for the repair. He gives you the options between OEM and other parts. Their repair is through and efficient without add-ons to inflate the cost. Chuck and Pete know Rovers and more importantly reputable and trustworthy with your car repair.

First I'd like to apologize to Chuck and Pete for the delay in writing this review. I HIGHLY recommend the Import Clinic due to their tremendous service and hospitality. I recently moved to Charlotte from California, in November 2012, and I began to have major issues with my Range Rover. Not only did they provide impeccable service at reasonable prices, Chuck chauffeured me around to various rental car places when I had no other way to get around town. He waited on me the entire time, until I was able to rent a car. Fast forward to now, I still take my Range Rover to get serviced at Import Clinic, because they are reliable, honest, and genuine people who give you the best service. I found Import Clinic through google reviews, that stated how well they worked on luxury cars. My main issue were the malfunctioning hydraulics and I have not had any issues at all since my initial service. If you have ANY type of problems with your car, visit IMPORT CLINIC, and I promise you wont have any regrets. Thank you so very much Chuck and Pete! -Fatima
