Poor communication across the board, spoke with President and CEO, was called 7 hours after dropping off vehicle for general servicing and was just told “vehicle is done” with no communication as to the maintenance and labor to be performed, no information as to the cost of the services just handed a bill. Both parties recognized the lack of communication, will take the vehicle to a Dealership to complete any future work. Highly recommend requesting full recommended work to be documented and thoroughly explained before engaging in service. Do your own homework as to the expected service per the mileage of the vehicle and not expect this shop to provide any guidance. Expectations was for the shop to perform a standard maintenance inspection inclusive of what is recommended by the manufacturer per the mileage of the vehicle, they said that they didn’t have history of the vehicles previous records yet made no attempt to inquire about the history of the vehicle. If you just want an oil change and tire rotation go to Valvoline on South Blvd where you’ll know what you’re paying for and grab a coupon online

Update: I am really unlucky that one side of the struts is having issues again within half year. Rozel has great patience like before and acknowledge the issues. Even though it's not his fault but the bad quality of the parts nowadays, he still insists to fully refund to me.I was willing to just get half of the refunds but he still insists. This is the most honest and responsible auto shop I have ever met. I will definitely keep wanting their service in future. Highly recommend!! Original review: I had struts replacement recently. Rozel and his team are very professional and really stand behind their work. We were unlucky to face some quality issues of the defective parts, Rozel has very good patience and put a lot of efforts to try to make it right. I really appreciate their work.

Rozel and his guys replaced the engine in my Yukon and did a phenomenal job! They also found another issue with the front bearings and replaced those while the vehicle was in the shop. The Yukon runs like a new truck now and looking forward to driving it until I decide to get a new vehicle. Will definitely go back for any future service needs!!

I live an hour away and I will make the trip every time to auto shop of the Carolinas! I have a Prius, and if you own one you know that there are many things that you don't want to entrust to a local garage. And the Toyota dealership will charge you twice as much! I had the battery pack refurbished about five years ago and it's still running strong. I actually have more than 300,000 miles on my 2004 Prius. I recently had a common dashboard computer issue come up and it was fixed for less than half of what I thought it would be! Very good service, and they even have a free loaner car, which is extremely rare these days. If you own a hybrid of any kind, this is the only shop to visit. Don't bother going to your dealership and please don't entrust your hybrid to a local garage. This is the only place to be!

I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge, and they always do such a great job on my car.
