We experienced a road emergency and contacted our insurance company, who dispatched a service provider that was delayed by 2.5 hours . Upon arrival, the driver exhibited behavior that compromised our trust in his ability to safely tow our vehicle. The overall service was profoundly unsatisfactory, and we cannot recommend this provider .

Absolute pleasure doing business with. I got my truck stuck in the mud and called Hunter. Within the hour Anthony was on site and pulling me out. He went above and beyond to help and relaxed a tense situation. The price was extremely reasonable considering the mess I had gotten in. Can’t say enough about this company and its drivers. Highly recommend this company.

This is def the WORSE service ive ever dealt with in my life. I have a rental car company where I own SEVERAL amount of vehicles throughout the country, and never have i encountered such a BAD ATTITUDE from f¿this guy Marvin who made me do a payment online only to tell me i have to come in person to pick up the car, gave me the most HORRIBLE SERVICE ive seen ever, in my life. Talked bad to me like ¨congratulations¨ ¨you can come here with your 1000 cars and pick up this one¨ I honestly do not know how this guy´s got a job here. I dont know.........

If I could put 0 or -10 I would do it, I called Gaico to have my car serviced and they contacted this Company, they said it would take 55 minutes they sent a msg 30 minutes later saying that they will be there in 10 minutes that’s great news, however when I arrived in 8 minutes the driver was leaving, I stopped him and he mentioned it that since I was “not there” they called Gaico already to let them know and I would have to called again and set up another work order, let me be clear the driver was a very nice and polite man, now the dispatcher was NOT at all very rude and did not gave me a chance to explain or make my point that I was within the 10 minutes , I have to hear his explanation and asked if I could speak and he said yes, but when I started talking he started talking over me and hang up on me. This is not a way to treat a customer and honestly it’s almost dishonest and I see why they do it because they canceled the order since it’s an insurance they get paid without doing nothing and they’ll get paid when they come back again. Please don’t ever use them and Insurance companies please review the comments that they put for this company you should vent them better, Gaico customer service was and is great but companies like This makes you look bad.

They Are amazing. Our car wanted a tow he decided to play dead in the cell parking lot at the airport. Our insurance company called a tow company we waited for 4 hours,rented a car. Then at 9 am called another towing company and this one was no better. THEN Hunter Auto and wrecker service was recommended. Life saver. Said it would be 2 hours.. with in 30 minutes they were on the way..They stayed in contact with us and accurate updates. Driver was kind and respectful, My car that is still playing dead is at Hendricks Can’t Thank them Enough.

Would give zero stars if possible. This company is responsible for the theft of my vehicle that was left on their lot following a car crash that left it totaled and they had/have zero answers/explanations as to what really happened. Please do NOT allow this place to touch your vehicle. You may never see it again. I am in the process of pressing charges and suing them.

Well they came to me. Was told the wait would be around 30 minutes. Waited maybe 5 minutes and the guy called me and said he was 3 minutes out. Locked my keys in my car. Guy was super nice and professional. No damage to the vehicle at all. my geico roadside assistance covered the cost but I asked him if he accepted tips and gave one. Really professional service.
