Thank you for fixing my car. I am new to NC and my wife’s car started to over heat. She was so upset, but I googled this place and didn’t realize it was right down the street from my home. I dropped it off and they immediately located the problem. They were quick and had the car ready the next business day. The lady at the front was very nice and helped me out to make sure everything was going to be fine. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but she was fantastic with customer service. Once the car was done I was able to come in and pick the car up immediately. Everything was done and they even fixed my door panel that was hanging. I am a happy customer and would definitely bring my car back in if I have other problems and I would recommend them. Thank you again! Now we are riding safe and with no issues.

We had a great experience this afternoon at Jonas Tire service. My friends car had a flat and preferred a new tire but was weary she’d get one as this shop is a used tire shop. However, the gentleman assured us he had some new tires to sell and that would never sell a used one as new. We were satisfied with his honesty. When he checks the tire, turns out it could be repaired (plugged) and let us know this. My friend said: “Now that’s honesty!” We were in and out of there within 20 minutes. Would recommend.

This was a good spot when elvis was there most of the time. I took my car to fix there a few times but little things happened that made me realize the quality went down and prices went up, I called to ask about changing an starter but the lady say she wouldn't do it I have to take the car to the shop and have it check( they charge 100$ for that plus the starter) just trying to squeeze money out of people whatever way they can

scammers , if u took ur car there they will not fix it so u can come back again and they will ask u for more money ! Terrible experience and zero professionalism. I took my car to fix a noise from the tires. I paid $450 in cash on November 24 and was promised a 90-day warranty. The car was returned the same day, but the noise continued unchanged. When I returned on December 15, they claimed it was a “different problem” and demanded $550 more, refusing to honor the warranty or refund my money. The employee was extremely rude, unprofessional, and hostile. They denied giving me a receipt and even started recording me, accusing me of harassment just for requesting proof of payment. The work was never completed, and I lost money and time. Do not trust this place.

Jonas Auto Shop came in clutch when I had a flat on two different occasions. Quick service plus being open on Sunday helped me out tremendously with a surprise nail, and later on when I needed to replace the tire they offered a great price on swapping two tires And went above and beyond to provide great service along the way. Would be happy to recommend these guys to anyone needing work done!
