This place is horrible and claims to employ 1099 employees to do mechanical repairs and they aren’t covered by the owners insurance for defective car repair unless it’s an under age family member , let the owner tell it that is. They have messed up 10k in repairs on my Land Rover and banned me from there. I got into an altercation that seem like a whole set up with a man that looks heavily on drugs named Sean that work there that had nothing to do with me and the owners conversation. Rashawn messed my truck up and Brandon (the owner) gets paid percentage for work they do. I know I’m the dumb 1 for taking my foreign car there knowing they have a broke down Range Rover outside for years. If yal need an easy inspection here’s the place to go!! If you need HONEST WORK, COVERED CAR REPAIRS,, I recommend to NOT GO THERE!!Who let’s their female customer get spit on and called b word by their 1099 employee under their establishment and let them fight the female customer? Horrible!!! God is good!! The services rendered has everything to do with why I’m here. You all made my truck enter a lockout state which I can prove and made the timing 10x worse which I can prove after having 2 brand new timing chain kits. It was at your location over a month before having to get it towed when I drove it there. I’ll keep editing this as long as I need to. Horrible place people!! Just ride by there and look at it!! I have proof!! The proof is in the pudding. Yes, I should’ve picked a Honda but you guys definitely messed my vehicle up more. No thanks Katie and Brandon.★☆☆☆☆ 6 months ago

I had so much hope with this place. This shop was recommended to me by a close family member. I came here Monday to get a wheel bearing replacement quote. I spoke with Brandon. After giving me the quote. I told him that I will be back Friday. He said Ok. I asked what time did they open Friday and he told me that he gets there at 9am but they closed at 5pm. Today I came there around 1 something and went inside. I was greeted by another guy that works there. So I specifically asked for Brandon. He told me he was outside and I told him I didn’t see anybody outside. He went around the building and Brandon was there sitting under a tree. I told him that we spoke Monday about replacing my wheel bearing. He acted like he didn’t remember me at all. Then nonchalantly told me they were closed -_- … I understand it’s MDW but he didn’t state they were closing early or anything Monday when I told him I was coming back Friday. Unprofessional! Update: Hello sir, we did NOT agree on a time or I would have been there at a certain time. I am very punctual. You only told me the time that you get there and the time the shop closes. Furthermore, you did NOT tell me anything about an emergency when you turned me away. Thank you!★☆☆☆☆ 2 years ago
