I called H2Bro to get my car washed for my job interview and when Brian found out the reason he gave me a full interior and Exterior detail, even Clay barred it. For the same price he was going to wash the outside for. I was amazed and when he was done my car was almost like new again. I definitely recommend him to everyone. I live in Highland Park and Bryan drove all the way here to give my car a nice detail. Such a personal guy. Loved his vibes. Dude worked from 10:00 to 5:30 PM to make sure my car was nice and clean!! Dude put in the work! Immaculate interior truly was immaculate. My car looks brand new. The exterior was beautiful. I can actually see my own face in the paint. Thanks Bryan. Wish I knew what I was in for when I seen him using nothing but steam and a rag for a detail job. I have been texting and calling Brian with to response or answer. He “detailed” the interior of my BMW (at night in the rain). Obviously without proper lighting anything can look good in the dark. Next morning as I am carefully reviewing the work done, unfortunately there’s no visible difference. All stains remain embedded into the leather seats. The doors are still filthy with stains. Boarders with built up dirt are still very much visible. Basically everything that I pointed out to Brian that needed cleaning is still there!. Imagine waiting 3hrs in the cold/rain for a job to be done to end up wasting your hard earned money. I wouldn’t have wrote a review at all had Brian just answered my calls or reached back out via text so that we could resolve the issue.
