I’ve taken my Subaru here on three separate occasions and every time i am met with amazing customer service and professionalism. Rating this place anything less than five stars is impossible. I have absolutely 0 car knowledge and I would be an easy target for a mechanic to scam me. I never have to worry about that here, these gentlemen explain everything in a way that is easy for me to understand and I never have to wonder if I’m paying for a service that I actually need or not. They are always honest, kind, and welcoming and I am so appreciative of them taking care of me and my car!

Hailey's has serviced both a Volvo and Subaru for us in the past. Unfortunately (for me) I no longer own either, but Hailey's always did a great job for a reasonable price when I did take those cars to them. Additionally, they were extremely knowledgeable and very honest in their assessment of what was needed. Highly recommended.

I was recommended to Hailey Import Service by multiple people. It was definitely the right choice, they are extremely honest and want what is best for you and your car. They repaired what I needed quickly and the quotes here are monumentally lower than you would get anywhere else for a Volvo, on top of that these guys know what they're doing. I will definitely be bringing my Volvo back here.

We recently brought our car in to have the brakes and rotors replaced, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The first set of brakes had some squeaking, and without hesitation, they replaced them. Then, when the new rotors turned out to have a manufacturer defect, they took care of that, too—no hassle at all. Their customer service is top-notch, and they truly stand behind their work. It’s refreshing to find a shop that is both professional and honest. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this shop enough. I previously had a bad time with a shop near Raleigh fixing AC on my S60R and called these guys up to see if they could help. Immediately, I felt comfortable that they knew these cars and I took the hour plus trip out to them. They did fantastic work, Thomas especially knows these cars inside and out. The pricing was more than fair and they really went above and beyond to fix the issue and install some goodies along the way. I even found Thomas buffing the car when I arrived to pick it up. Big shout-out to Devin and Mitch as well, who spent a lot of time doing extensive diagnosis of the AC system, well beyond what I would think a normal shop would do. Thanks again fellas!

To make a long story short, a shop in SC did some work on my S40 that resulted in an SRS Airbag light being left on. After 5 years of several unsuccessful attempts with different shops I ended up moving out here and my dad found Hailey’s. I’m very particular with my car and who I let work with it, especially after my experience in SC, but they got my car in quickly and from that point on I cannot say enough good things about these guys or their furr babies at the desk! Not only were they willing and able to fix my SRS code (unlike any other shop I had reached out to), but we asked them to look over the car as I recently had to replace the motor due to the same shop that caused the SRS issue. They called back with a short list of things they found. Some urgent, some not. They never tried to pressure us into anything. They simply explained what our options were and let us decide. The communication was honestly the best I’ve ever had from a shop. Everybody was super friendly and knowledgable. I never once felt like they were just trying to get more money out of us. I will not let anybody else in Greensboro touch my Volvo. My partner drives a Subaru and after our experience, Hailey’s is the only shop it will be going to as well!

Devin is straightforward and let you know what needed and what isn’t , last time I though I needed a coolant flush , he told me to hold off and showed me with his tool why I shouldn’t change it yet . He could have charged just for diagnostic, To me that demonstrates he wants to have relationships with clients . They earn my business

I can't recommend Hailey Import Service enough! Devin and Mitchell are fantastic! We have been bringing our Volvo's to them for over 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. From oil changes to brakes, tire rotations to full scale repairs above my pay grade, they are the best in the business! If you have a Volvo or Subaru, you should have them on speed dial!

I have been going to Hailey's for almost 15 yrs. Always great service from Devin and Mitchell. I have an 02 xc70 that had electrical gremlins when it rains. The dash would shutdown and lose connection to the airbags. Electrical issues can be the hardest to fix in my opinion. Through trial and error they both worked tirelessly to find and fix the problem. They were great to work with and kept me informed. Also purchased a 06 sub outback that Mitchell rebuilt the engine and 50k miles later has had absolutely no issues. If your looking for a good reliable and TRUSTWORTHY repair shop give these two a call. Great service and prices.
