I have not been this frustrated with a business in i can't remember how long. I bought a brand new 2024 CRF450RL on 12 July. After a week of no title or plate I called to get an update as I am military and can't ride the bike on the street without one. After several calls with promises of a call back I finally got ahold of an admin. Took a week to get an update and I had to call different stores several times a day to get ahold of the person handling it. I finally got the registration in the mail today 3 weeks after purchase and they titled my bike as an OHV (Off Highway Vehicle). This is on top of the fact that I paid $1000 for them to "handle it" (500 for tax/title/license and 500 for "admin" fees.) 3 weeks later still can't ride the bike and gonna have to deal with getting the freaking title fixed and probably have to pay license and registration fees. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I know i will.

I bought a used motorcycle in February and was told that I was to have the tittle mailed. It's mid June and no title. I've called multiple times they take my number and nothing happens. I call back and no progress no info they just want to take my number down again. I figured maybe 2 months I would have to wait. I was never givin a temp tag or anything. I've never had this experience at a dealership before. What makes it worse is I live multiple hrs away so I can't stop by and make them deal with me to finished the damn sale. To the salesman Mathew the son of the owner. If you are going to make a sale you better follow through to the end to make sure it's complete. Far as I'm concerned you shouldn't get a dime of commissions. You stole the sale from the other mike in the first place and have made 0 efforts. Nice doesn't mean a thing if you can't get things done.

A RARE SNOW AND ICE STORM DON’T STOP THESE FOLKS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE! In the midst of a bad winter storm this week, my decision to drive to Halls Motorsports Honda from The Panhandle of Florida to make a purchase was the right one! The folks there were so friendly and accommodating. Very professional process from the moment I contacted Beth on Facebook Marketplace to the mechanic firing up the bike and talking over the motorcycle’s particulars , to Andy and Bob closing out the deal. Even though the storm knocked out phone service, a sales rep from the Mobile store picked up the ball and helped me get through to the store’s manager, Very professional. I could tell I was going to be taken good care of right from the start. Great customer care teamwork guys! And I got a great deal! I really enjoyed talking with Bob while he processed the close. A lot of experience there in Bob, folks. Stop by and talk with him. Very fascinating man. He has a great history! Very good experience in the process of making my purchase. Wow! Thank you guys! I highly recommend Halls Motorsports Honda at 3755 Government Blvd.in Mobile, Alabama!

Only place I know that takes a 2699msrp motorcycle and makes the purchase price 5k I get msrp and sales tax of 3.75 % however to take your purchases to Mississippi make the 4 hr round trip to save 2200 since Andy left don't waste your time trying to get them to compete with pricing.

Best folks to deal with ! Drove from Bham to Mobile to buy the unit ! The Saleslady was awesome the General Manager was as they made a deal over the phone ! The credit manager was so easy no pressure to buy and he did great up selling me an extended warranty. They had a tech show me how to operate the side by side and he was great . I would drive 5 hours again to by from these folks ! I’ve never been treated so well by a group of folks ! Thanks to you all at Halls Mobile Morgan , Andy and Bob ! You Rock !

Ask for Athena for sales for sure! Try and discuss with Rob any issues out of Athena's scope. Sales reps can be limited on what they can control. Get a printed purchase agreement face to face with whomever controls the costs before you leave if there is a time duration between verbal agreement to purchase/decision to purchase and the actual date of purchase. do not deal with a "behind the curtain" staff/finance member "calling the shots" on final cost. Service and parts staff were very helpful re: what machine to purchase based on my needs and wants. Overall great experience though.
