After the renovation, everything became much better at the Quincy site. The vacuum is so strong and really does the job. The washing is also an amazing. Today, had a girl named Mijayla coming to me while I was using the vacuum to explain all the packages they have (diamond/platinum/gold) and she was so sweet and polite!

Great Car wash always clean and vacuums always work. Having a subscription is extremely convenient (reasonable price when you’re going 3+ times a week) HOWEVER….. yall gotta do better with awareness of someone waiting to be guided in. almost wrote this whole review while waiting at the yellow track

25 minutes in line with only 10 cars ahead of me? This place is a trainwreck. I regret giving them my money and will be canceling my membership. Stop trying to sell VIP memberships when the place is mobbed. You’re going to cause an accident with all of the cars backed out onto Hancock St.

First trying out Prestige Car Wash. Last week, on Friday Evening at Middlesex Street, Medford. Tried out drive through car washed… left massive dirty from road salts… Next day went back, still didn’t cleaned the salts underneath and back hack, rear bumper, lower doors and fenders unable to clean… Yesterday Feb. 17, 2026, got another car washed at Hancock Ave in Quincy… get little bit cleaner, but bottom doors and fenders, rear hatch, and bumper unable to clean… One star for poor service/automation washer…

It was a very disappointing experience after visiting the new car wash, even though they are offering free car wash. After a road trip from New York over the weekend, I have decided to bring my car for a car wash and saw the sign of free car wash in Hancock street. Once I pulled up, all they need is to stick the prestige sticker in the back of my car. They also offer a very low price( like 2 dollar something) to join the membership for a month, but I wanted to try out first so I rejected (and that was one of the best decisions I have made). After washing, I found that there were some scratches in the front bumper, even though they were small but quite noticeable. Then, the dead flies that I have caught from driving on the highway didn't get washed off. I was so mad and removed the prestige sticker immediately. I missed the old car wash already and I will not be coming back to Prestige…

My mom went in for what she believed was a one-time car wash, but later discovered she had been signed up for a monthly membership. It’s unclear how the membership was presented at the time, so I can’t speak to the full details of that interaction. Since August, she has contacted Prestige multiple times to request a cancellation and refund. To date, no refund has been issued. She was charged $139.95 over four months despite never going back, and the only resolution offered was a refund for three months worth of membership (104.95), which she found unsatisfactory given the situation. I’m sharing this so others are aware to carefully review what they’re agreeing to and to monitor charges afterward. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up or resolution has been disappointing. Further emails sent with no replies (only generic out-of-office)

Great customer service! I’m using this membership for a company vehicle and the salt was making the reflective stickers invisible thus unsafe for the side of the highway. He got me a deal for the first month when I was about to pay full price :)

Today was my first day signing up for the car wash membership, and overall the experience was very positive. I appreciated the reasonable introductory pricing and the flexibility to cancel after 30 days, which made the decision feel low-risk. Tony was welcoming, informative, and transparent throughout the process. He did not apply any pressure and clearly explained the cancellation policy upfront, which built trust and confidence. Based on this experience and the strong reviews I had seen, I felt comfortable moving forward with the sign-up. Lastly, I like that they have and also they have giveaways throughout the year.

About 2 minutes and 30 seconds from the brushes touching my car to me escaping the car wash. Windshield came out spotless, no streaks, the rest of the car clean too. No complaints about the wash itself. But the location… man. When you exit, you’re basically thrown right onto a side road. Turning right is fine. Turning left? Good luck — you’re basically challenging traffic to a duel. And every time I’m inside the wash, I get paranoid for no reason. I keep imagining rush hour traffic blocking the exit, my car stuck there, and the workers inside having to slam the emergency stop like, “BRO, PLEASE MOVE YOUR CAR.” 🤣 Even though I know I won’t actually get stuck, the thought still stresses me out. So yeah, great wash, terrible location. Don’t go during rush hour unless you enjoy mini heart attacks.
