Can’t praise this business highly enough. Employees are friendly and courteous. They took care of a tire pressure problem at no charge and advised me on what to do should the issue repeat. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely patronize Hanlon for future auto repairs and maintenance.

Truck was not starting. Single click from starter. I dropped my truck off and Travis called me 10 minutes later and said it’s all fixed. It starts and runs good, just the positive terminals needed cleaning and replacing. I arrived and the terminal was the same not new and he said my good latch was loose and he tightened it. They still charged me 55$. 23$ to tighten hood latch (didn’t ask to fix it) and the difference was to clean my battery. 🖕🏼this place. Rip off! Never coming back again.

We've been coming here over 12 years with all our cars. Sometimes we bring them in and the repairs are too expensive (due to the nature of the repair) and we have to let the car go or wait for months until we can afford the repair but we always get it done here eventually. They've resurrected our 200k van several times haha Cannot recommend them enough. I wouldn't pick anyone else.

I have never been so truly appreciative of Hanlon. I went to another mechanic in which had my vehicle there for over a week without diagnosing or treating my vehicle. I decided to get my car towed to Hanlon (per referral from a friend) and Ken informed me that they would be more than willing to check the vehicle for me. Upon arrival, Travis took care of me by asking the problems I was facing with my vehicle and assured me that he would find the issue and have a game plan later this week. I receive a phone call from Travis later the same day explaining what problems were occurring with my vehicle and that my car was ready to go. I have truly never seen a more hard working team of mechanics with the mindset of helping their customers in the most efficient way. It looks like our family has found a new mechanic! I highly recommend them!

I’ve been bringing my car to Hanlon the last couple of years an Travis has Ben helping me and my granddaughter called me and said he car was making a strange noise and running rough every 30 seconds or so. I told her t take it to Travis at Hanlon and she called back and said they were so busy it would be the middle of next month before they could look at her car, I said I’ve been wanting to try Glenwood Aliso Viejo auto repair so take it there and leave them my number. They called and left a message and said they couldn’t find anything wrong but for me to call them which I did and he said no he went back and found the timing belt was bad, a broken motor mount and a leaking water pump and it’s $2300, I told Joe he was out of his mind and I’ll pick up her car and I called Hanlon and ask Travis what it would cost to replace those things and he told me $1200 and I asked when I can bring it in and he said tomorrow, after I brought it in he called and said neither of those things were bad and said it was just the the valve cover gasket and the car was sucking air! Now that’s the difference between an honest place and one that sucks the money out of you! Thanks Travis.

Travis always finds a way to make me grateful. I am a regular customer with an Ionic hybrid and a Dodge Van. An hour ago I dropped in for a brake light replacement on the hybrid. Sounds simple but the job took a variety of tools. Travis declined payment saying it would be added to my next service. Great guy. He never disappoints. Had a positive experience with this auto shop. I visited this shop as a second opinion to compare a recommended $1,500 repair per AutoNation Toyota Irvine. Before dropping off my car at Hanlon, I completed a physical inspection and didn’t find the problem as communicated from the dealership. Hanlon confirmed my findings. Will I return to the dealership? Nope. Will I return to Hanlon? Yep.
