Truly Blessed
I would highly suggest going to another carwash. I paid $8 for a car wash and nothing happened. No water, soap, nothing happened. I called the number and Britneys voice-mail is full. I kept trying and have left 2 messages for a refund. That was 2 weeks ago, still nothing. I ended up paying another car wash since Brittney from Happy Bays won't return my calls. Frustrating!

I went here to wash and vacuum my car. They have a machine to pay by card and I tried to use it several times. I would swipe and the machine would act like it was processing and then go back to the main screen. I then used the quarters in my car to pay. As I left, I was charged on my card. I called them several times and left several voicemails with the situation and my contact info. I was very polite in my voicemails and simply asked if someone could call me back. Never got a call and never got my refund. I will be using another car wash next time.

I come to this car wash faithfully once a week. I pass 2 other car washes to come here. Never had a problem til now. I lost $30 on the coin changer( $15 twice).. been trying to reach someone for 3 weeks now. No call back or anything. I've called like 7 times. Y'all need to tighten up!!! Y'all gone loose ur customers.

I went to this car wash a week ago. The change maker took a twenty dollar bill from me with no change given back. There was an employee there cleaning the trash cans. She says she would for sure give my info to the owner and promised me a return call by Tuesday. This was Friday. I've not only called and called there voicemail is full of course. But I've gone back can bend find anyone that works there. A couple of bucks is one thing but a twenty? These people are supposed to be a local business. Ridiculous

I always come here to vacuum my car because they have the best vacuums but I decided to go through the automatic car wash to clean the outside of my car. Selected my option, paid, waited 5 minutes and nothing happened. There’s no attendant on site to help you when this happens. I called the number and the voicemail is full and not accepting messages. Absolutely ridiculous. There goes $10 I’ll never see again

Immediately after going through the car wash, I ran a finger along my driver side door. It was black, so I used my whole hand and ended up with it being solid black. A tissue had the same results. I called the company and got a message saying the mailbox was full. Tried two more times and left messages on Brittany’s answering machine asking for a call back. I really try to give companies a chance to make things right, but no response. I can’t post pictures here, but the stuff that I rubbed off of my car was not there before the car wash. Like a very fine soot.

I bought a new car a couple months ago, and I'm still in that phase where I'm washing it once a week. Until yesterday, Happy Bays has been my go-to DIY car wash. I went yesterday, put $7 in quarters into the machine, turned on the sprayer, and the water was barely a trickle—completely useless for washing a car. It looked to me like the sprayer nozzle was damaged. So with that 7 bucks gone, I moved to the next bay, put in the remaining $4 I'd bought with me, turned on the water.....and same thing. It had a little more pressure this time around, but it still wasn't nearly adequate for a thorough wash and rinse in the time allotted. Again, it looked like a damaged sprayer nozzle. I called the number they have posted, no answer. Called back several times more, no answer. Left a voicemail, then sent a text (this number does receive texts). As of now, a day later, I've received no response to my voicemail or my text. Stuff malfunctions. I get that. But to ignore a customer who's lost money on your malfunctioning equipment is kind of where I draw the line and make a decision to take my business elsewhere. I'm sure the owners of Happy Bays show up regularly to empty the coin machines, but they seem to have little interest in the other stuff that comes with running a business.

I remember when Happy Bays Car Wash was new. It was a fantastic place. You could go through the automatic car wash, tune your stereo to a particular frequency and listen to good time oldies music.. and also be entertained by a light show. But that was many years ago and Happy Bays has seen better days. The card reader on the western most bay works sporadically and when it wants to, it seems. The music and the light show are things of the past. The wash that I got from bay #2 was weak and it really didn't seem to clean my car as thoroughly as I thought that it should. After the 'wash' at Happy Bays, I took my car to the 7-11 car wash at H.E. Thomas Jr Parkway & Airport Boulevard where I knew that it would get a proper cleaning. I don't think that I'll be using Happy Bays anymore until verified improvements are made.

I went to the Happy Bays car wash and I paid CASH for the car wash. The screen didnt give the option to proceed into the bay. The machine also didnt give me my cash back, I ended up having to use my credit card to pay for the car wash. I have repeatedly called and sent text messages to the number listed on their website for customer service and have yet to get a response. Get your machines working properly to receive cash payments. I will not be returning to this car wash.

This self-serve car wash is located in a secluded area. It's not usually very crowded. Weekends may be a little busier than usual. There are five bays in this car wash. The minimum cost to start is $2 but no more than $5 to finish, depending on how long you need it. There are different options to clean your vehicle; foaming, spot cleaning, power wash, etc. Super easy to operate. After all, you can vacuum the interior of your vehicle. Both bay and vacuum areas have clips to hang up your mat. Coin machines are available for change. Overall, my experience was great.

Place is TRASHHHHHHHH used my card and supposedly you can use ur last 4 of ur card to wash and vacuum but code thing doesn’t work!! Wasted my time and money!! Called the number at the location and no answer but to leave a voicemail. We will see if anyone calls me back and refunds me. Knew I should of never stopped in this trash place. Looks like a crackhead car wash.. should at least have one staff member on site to assist customers. TRASHHHHH

They stole money because the bay I was at don’t work despite charging my card and I called the number and no one answers. Clearly someone’s running a scam. I should honestly contact authorities because I’m not the only one.

The best car wash out there! I own a rental car business and im an off roader and i go to A LOT of car washes. This one is BY FAR the best car wash out there, either self wash or automatic! Great prices as well!!

Self service machine do not work well. Unable to retrieve my receipt from the machine as it would not allow me to input all 4 digits. I called the number several times and no answer. It goes straight to voicemail. I texted the phone number and no response. I also left a voicemail and no one has reached out to me. I do not recommend anyone using the self service machine with their credit cards due to receipts not being available.

Touchless wash doesn't work . It shut off half way thru . Had to wash my jeep in a bay to remove soap spent 20 bucks thanks to the touchless machine dont recommend washing touchless here .

Came by a couple weeks ago to use the self-service wash bays and I was delighted to finally find a place that has useable self-service bays in my area, it seems like it’s becoming more and more uncommon. All the functions for self service were working as they should (including foaming soap) and cash or card was accepted to operate them. I also got a chance to speak with Dave and he was kind enough to accommodate my needs so I was able to polish and wax my car. If you’re looking for a place to wash your car yourself, I’d say it’s worth a stop.

First off, went to get change at the change machine and dropped in a 20 and their system is so nice that they gave me $5 in quarters and then three $5 bills. Since when does a change machine care about the convenience of the customer. That was awesome. Otherwise, the Soaps and washes work just as you would expect them to with a lot of foam soap on the brush which is great for Less scratching.
