I will not go back to this car wash been there a few times. And every time they wash my car they do a sloppy job. The last time I told one of the workers that listen I am paying my money to get my car done properly I am not getting it done for free so I would appreciate you do it and do it right. I don't know if its because I am woman they think they can wash my car any and any way. But all I know is that today is the last time I will ever take back my car to that place

Just used the full service car wash. My car looks great. The guys did an awesome detailed job inside & out. They were pleasant & courteous. Definitely will go back there.

Great place. Get a nice shine. They are very detailed , they get your car super clean no matter the plan you get. And it's safe on your paint. They have blower to dry the car but they arent overly strong which is good if you have a convertible or a jeep like me with the sky roof. I recomend

I paid for deep cleaning inside, shampoo etc ofbthe seats and for the deep cleaning outside. Bothbdor detailed car... It was a disappointing experience. The dashboard was so dusty, the doors cup holdernweerw dusty and dirty, the side where seatbelta go where still dirty, the trunk door didn't even see a cloth, it was super dirty. I specifically informed them that I had justvrerurned from a camping trip and need the car sparkly clean, I went with the service they recommended to get that job done. Will never return here, nor would I recommend it. I asked for the manager and pointed all these things out, and he acted like I was crazy, no apologies, no acknowledgement that they had failed at the basic job.

My car was no clean after $60 +tip. The women detailing my car was too busy looking cute. I could get out of the parking space due to a car being parked directly behind me. The workers couldn’t care less that I’m trying to leave. I will never come here again. I’m very upset because I will miss work for waiting.

I wanted to give this business the benefit of the doubt, sometimes they do good & other times (like this past weekend) they do really bad. The guy that received me in the vac area did not look like he was happy to see my car pulling up- I immediately knew my car was going to leave there as is 😂 I paid for the 5-star package but might as well had paid for the cheapest package with the way they failed to vacuum my seats and hard to get places (I paid for the air gun service). The main reason I went to the wash was due to bird poo & it was still there post-wash. It was a Monday so it wasn’t busy- I was one of the only cars there so I’m not sure why they did such a rush job.. I’ll just continue to go to the Happy Hand Wash on W. Main :)

One of the best car washes around. The face that people actually do everything by hand and not a machine, gets your car nice. The last machine one I went to didn't get all the stuff off of my car. I mentioned this to the attendant and he took care of it. They do your door jams too. And they got affordable detailing.

Don’t go here for detailing you will pay $175 to have your car vacuumed and to have your tires shined. You would be better off keeping your money and cleaning the car yourself. I still had stains on seats and interior roof they only scrub they DO NOT EXTRACT the dirt Huge disappointment

paid 175 to shampoo the entire interior , left stains in seat and in headliner , and on trunk jams . brought it back and she says if don't come off by just going over it lightly then it don't come off . what a crock ,they try to wipe off headliner again with some cleaning agent but still left , never shampooed anything , car was cleaner but no where 175 dollars cleaner ,and they charge you up front so you basically have no recourse but to leave a bad review , save you money, do it your self , never again

I really needed to get my car washed. I used to go to this car wash before. I like that they are conveniently near Walmart. I always choose to wash my car and get armor all inside and on my tires. The price for the service I received is great. The job that was done to my car is as if I went and got my car detailed. I have been to many car wash places and always have a complaint or another. I have not one complaint. Their waiting area was warm and spacious. If I say they did a great job that is an understatement. If I could give them 10 stars I would give them 13 stars. Go get your car wash and see for yourself.

I'm very impressed with the job they did on my truck. They clean everything. My truck looks like it came off the showroom floor. Everything was done by hand. They really take pride in the job they do. I will be going here from now on. The places I was going to for car washes don't even come close to leaving my card as clean as this place did. I definitely will be going here from now on and I strongly recommend you give them a try. You won't be disappointed with how awesome your vehicle will look.

The place sucks. I read all the pros and cons about the place but since I wanted a hand wash I thought I would give the facility a chance. All I wanted was a hand wash and tire shire. The back of my vehicle was never touched. The running boards also were not touched both the back and running boards had dirt on it. The extra 4 bucks for the tire shine which Was nonexistent. I saw the attendant apply something to the tires but when I got home and looked at tires nothing was on them I would say save your money because it took me another hour to complete the wash job that I paid for.

Went to Happy Hand car wash around 1 pm today and was the first in line. Staff throughout the whole process were great. Friendly and smiling at each station. Felt like they were happy was there. You don’t see that anywhere anymore. Price was comparable at other places for just the outside of car washing. Will definitely go there again.

First Time & last TIME there, Hand wash gloves used to wash ALL vehicles entering, the wash area. what used to be microfiber gloves DIPPED in the same dirty wash water. Plus then dry down with OLD wet dollar store kitchen towels (clearcoat swirl punishment) I only pay for number 2 plus tip…Look at the rims see how sloppy they are did not clean them, tire dressing poor job. First at all , this people do not know how to talk to the customer, very rude , so i paid $60 for my car to be cleaning inside and out, but i was more focus of the inside ‘a good vacuum cleaning’ . I went back to let the lady know that they didn’t did a good vacuum cleaning, she said that if i want i can pay for a shampoo, i said no because this can goes off just with vacuum, i touch it with my hand and it was very easy take off this sand from the carpet , the lady said that maybe the vacuum are good and that they are not going to do the effort for trying cleaning up. I’ll never going to this place. They always have a answer but not a solution.

They do not do a good job. These were after the redo and the guy acted like he was doing me a favor to wipe the inside of the doors down. Didnt have a rubber tool for dog hair. (I always tip every worker but not here) Anywhere in Danbury does a better job for half the price and another place near here by Thai in Love restaurant is much better. They spend 30 min for the same price. I don't recommend and will never be coming back. The lady checking me in is not exactly pleasant or helpful either. 🙃

7/31/23 This place has evolved since the last time we went here. They have a two food trucks on the property food, and most of the employees work very hard, but there seems to be a little disorganized when you come out of the car wash. The are usually very busy and the wait was a little longer than I expected. In the end our vehicle looked great, except for the food left inside on the side of the driver’s seat. You have to check everything before you leave. We got the works which I thought was a little expensive for a car wash. ($60.00 +$10.00 tip)

I paid to have the inside vacuumed and cleaned, and the outside just washed, and they gave me a terrible service. I went to complain and they still felt like they were wrong. This place is definitely horrible, they took my money and did nothing. I'll never go back!
