Chris and Tim are honest, friendly, and welcoming. During one of my visits to the shop, a person who wasn’t on Chris’ schedule pulled up and expressed concern their car was making an unusual noise. Chris stepped away from the vehicle he had been working on, popped the person’s hood, diagnosed the issue, and made a quick repair. When the person asked Chris how much that would cost, Chris waived the fee and asked the person to please return in the future. That moment will always stay with me because it’s rare….but embodies the honesty and integrity of O’Neill’s Automotive. For our family, we only visit a different automotive shop if O’Neill’s is closed for the week and we’re in a bind. Great shop and honest technicians!
