After a while of being left there.. the pcm was replaced. I was told it was " plug in and programmed" type.. I got my car back with check engine light on, my windows didn't roll down any more, car wouldn't lock anymore. I took it back only because of the warranty, to get it programmed.. it wasn't.. And this time from picking it up, my car has "death wobble..." I spent over $1,200. For their services.. NOT a Happy customer here!!!!

Disappointed with Harmony Automotive – Costly and Frustrating Experience I initially brought my vehicle to Harmony Automotive for what should have been a routine brake pad replacement, a transfer case flush, and spark plug replacement. However, this turned into a frustrating experience filled with unexpected costs and major inconveniences. Right away, they claimed that my calipers "broke" while working on my brakes – something I’ve never experienced in a standard brake job. Despite my concerns, they insisted I had to pay out of pocket for new ones. I trusted them and moved forward with the repairs. Within weeks, my car started making a horrible grinding noise. I had to bring it back, Uber home, and be without my car for days. After inspection, Harmony admitted they had installed the brake pads incorrectly, so they had to replace the pads and rotors again at no cost. While I appreciated the correction, it was a major inconvenience that should never have happened in the first place. Then, just a few weeks later, my electronic parking brake engaged on its own and wouldn’t allow the car to drive. At this point, I was no longer comfortable having Harmony work on my car, so I towed it to a certified VW dealership for further evaluation. That’s when I learned the full extent of the issues: 🔹 Calipers were installed incorrectly. 🔹 They likely did not run the test plan for retracting parking brake motors, leading to significant issues. 🔹 Incorrect calipers and brake caliper brackets were used, which were not even correct for my vehicle. 🔹 They failed to retract the parking brake motors properly, causing failure of both motors and both calipers. 🔹 As a result, my warranty was voided, and I was stuck with a repair bill of over $3,000 between Harmony and the VW dealership. I reached out to Harmony Automotive for a refund on the brake repairs, considering the mistakes that were made. They denied the refund but offered to "fix" the issue again. At this point, I was no longer confident in bringing my vehicle back to them. Additionally, Harmony does not use manufacturer parts, which can void warranties (as I unfortunately found out). If you value your vehicle and your time, I strongly recommend taking your car elsewhere.

I recently brought my Volkswagen Jetta to be checked for brake issue. The front desk guy Kyle got me in quickly for walk in, and they did a diagnostic didn’t find anything wrong with the car and l was set to be on my way. If you have any car maintenance issues bring your car here. They have very good!!!

**Poor Customer Service Experience** 1. We were charged $300 just to diagnose that the issue was a bad alternator. 2. They initially quoted us $580 for a remanufactured alternator, but after questioning the cost, it was suddenly reduced. 3. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, we informed Kyle which vehicle it was, but he didn't ask for any identification. This is concerning as anyone could have walked in, paid, and taken the car. (The vehicle was towed to the location, and he hadn't met us before; we had only communicated over the phone.) 4. After we paid, Kyle handed us the keys and simply said, "Thank you." There was no explanation of the services provided or the warranty on the alternator. These issues are very concerning. Although we have used this shop in the past and received great service, we will not recommend this shop to anyone! This is just another overpriced auto repair shop charging dealership prices for subpar customer service.

I sent my car in to get a speed sensor done not only did they over charge me for diagnostics when it was returned. The mechanics had oil all over my floorboard and a oil rag stuck in between my seats. Kyle told me he would get my car detailed when I returned again to get my car. It was not detailed. They had just tried to clean the floorboards which all of the oil from the mechanics did not come out. I would not use them or recommend them to anyone

The people were very nice. But I felt like they didn’t take their time diagnosing my car and in turn gave me unrealistic expectations of what it would cost + what was wrong. I spent approx 1.2k to not really have my issue fixed and honestly it seemed like my car was returned to me exactly the same as it was. I do believe they switched out the part they said they did, but overall I just wasn’t satisfied to have spent that amount of money and not even be close to fixing my issue. I think if they took their time diagnosing my car it would’ve given me a better expectation.
