MIKE, saw a female coming and ripped me off! $1,200 to replace my EVap Charcoal Canister. Asked him for break down on charges. (Invoice) Told me printer was broken. He then emailed invoice with no labor fee, and 2 parts installed when it was actually one. ASKED ME FOR $600.00 DEPOSIT. NEVER AGAIN! Clari

I went to Harry's based on the reviews, of them, and some other local mechanics that aren't as consistently highly rated as they are. I called Harry's on a Saturday, they answered the phone and assured me that they'd be able to take my Jeep in that Monday morning. After a tow in, they took my Jeep in and analyzed the problem, a blown clutch. Which was consistent with the symptoms and failure that I experienced driving it before it broke down. They called me with the estimate, explained what was needed, the type and brand of parts that would be installed, and had it done by the middle of next day. And, while my Jeep will need brakes and shocks soon, which I knew, they assure me that they still have some life left in them; so they are honest as you'll read in a lot of other reviews. I am glad that I found a great mechanic after having moved to town.

Harry's Auto Center is the best mechanic shop in existence. Their work is solid, they don't rip you off, and they get the work done quickly. They've never surprised me with a charge and always clarify what needs to be done before doing it. I've occasionally made the mistake of going somewhere closer but it's never worth it and I always end up at Harry's where my car actually gets repaired. Super kind, brilliant and informative staff, I cannot recommend them enough.

Had a check engine light on that multiple mechanics didn’t properly diagnose/fix. Called and spoke with Mike, he was super professional. Got to the shop for our scheduled appointment, and he told me what he was going to do to diagnose it, sent me an estimate a couple hours later and got the part in and my car done on the same day. When I went to pick up my car, Mike explained what the issue was in easy to understand terms and what part they needed to replace AND the price was reasonable and broken down nicely on the estimate. Will definitely be coming back here next time my car needs work!
