Absolutely grateful Harvs was recommended To us when my son got into an accident out of State. I live in Illinois the accident was in Iowa City. Harvs was excellent. Kathi called and emailed regularly to keep me informed. They Handled all the correspondence for the claim with my insurance company. They made sure not only was my car returned in excellent shape. Cant even tell it was in an accident. But they did it within the time frame promised and went above and beyond to work with myself and my son. The people here go beyond customer service. They are truly a business that is customer oriented. I visited their business and called them several times with questions and concerns regarding my insurance company and they always took the time to talk to me; even if I was asking the same thing. An unfortunate "meeting" with a deer brought me to Harv's. I can't say enough great things about Harv's. From my perspective they worked seamlessly with my insurance company to get my 2019 Kia Soul back to new. Body work included front grill and body panels, hood, headlight, several engine compartment parts, and multiple smaller exterior parts, and this was all done with the supply chain issues of late 2021. Friendly, courteous, and professional staff. I highly recommend!

Fantastic service! My daughter’s car’s sunroof would not work correctly. The Mercedes dealership said the whole system would need to be replaced and it was going to cost over $4K. I called around the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area and nobody would touch it because it was a Mercedes and a specialty repair. I was surprised when I stopped by Harv’s and they said they could repair it and it was going to much less than the dealership. They did a great job and saved me $3K. They even waived the CC fee because it took a little longer than quoted. I would recommend Harv’s to anyone!

We had an amazing experience here. After hitting a deer at about 60 mph, the damage to our vehicle was pretty significant. Brent and his team took great care of us from start to finish. They were honest, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and their customer service was excellent. When we got the vehicle back it honestly looked brand new — you’d never know anything had happened. The quality of their work is top-notch. We’re really grateful for Brent and his team and would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work!
