I have a bad experience at this shop, they didn't remove the old seal around the bolt when they drop the old oil, and I have found that oil leaking from oil filter busket. They charge more but not do a good job on a simple oil change, you lost a future customer again.

If you are reading this, call and book an appointment. I just had my car serviced here and walked out all smiles. I brought my car in thinking I needed new brakes and rotors and after the diagnosis, that turned out to be correct. An oil change was also recommended, but I wasn’t planning on doing that just yet, so we removed it from the quote. Somehow, the oil change was mistakenly done anyway. Long story short, Eddie (the owner) immediately took responsibility and fully covered the oil change due to their error. I was truly blown away by this level of integrity as it is rare. That said, my 5-star review isn’t just because of that. I’ve always taken my car to dealerships, but this time I decided to try a private shop. After looking around, I chose Haven Auto in Rancho (next to DMV) because it’s family-owned and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was checked in by friendly and professional staff members. This place is no different from a Lexus dealership. They provided a loaner car, and when I came back to pick my car up, the waiting area had big, comfy leather chairs to sink in (lol), phone chargers, and refreshments. While I was waiting to pay, I watched a returning customer walk in, and the actual tech came out to greet him by his first name. That speaks volumes. That small gesture speaks volumes about the shop’s commitment to its clients. The vibe here is warm, chill, and genuinely welcoming, with BEYOND excellent service. It is very rare to experience this level of care and professionalism now a days.

Hi , of coarse 5 stars … first time customer… I came away feeling I will come back from now on to have any multitude of repair / diagnostic work done. Thank you to Cassie … being the point person, you are wonderful and a professional. As are everyone there , place is clean / welcoming, very nice to have your waiting room to be comfortable in. Shall I go on ? … ok … I had instant confidence in all they can and would do, you have to go in there, I had a sun roof leak, which turned out to not be the sunroof itself, water channels were clogged with debris , leading to water flowing down the side wall on to the carpeting. They were very descriptive of what they found to correct it , really took the time to inform me , what we can give in return for their expertise and care ? be the best customer we can be … , thanks from me …Craig Fuson.

These guys are amazing, point blank period! I’m relatively new to the area, and finding a reputable mechanic was a bit of a challenge. I came in with a giant mess of my radiator, the service team identified what was the issue with my vehicle, along with sending a detailed report of the entire findings of the car. I can’t thank Haven Auto Repair enough, especially Eddie who went above and beyond to help me with my car when I needed it most. I wasn’t able to drive to Los Angeles for my son’s important court hearing, so I took the train just to make sure I could be there for him. During such a stressful time, Eddie’s kindness and willingness to help truly touched my heart. Because of his help, I was able to put gas in my car and take care of important business. Wow!!! What a great place. From the first phone call to picking up my repaired car, the service the friendliest people and the fairest price I could not be more satisfied. The KIA dealership quotes me almost double for the same thing I just paid $1200 for. The work here is professional and flawless and very fairly priced. Eddie the manager is engaging patient he answers all my questions in detail and takes the time to explain in laymen’s terms what is going on. They provided me with a loaner car at no cost, which was a huge plus for me. The front counter staff Cassie and Mehran are both delightful. They obviously enjoy their work and enjoy working here and it shows in their attitude. They were very professional and yet personable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re having car trouble they will take care of you and not rip you off, and moreover they will provide you professional and friendly service.
