What big dealership like Mitsubishi ask yo u to sign the papers but they won't give you the car till they get paid from the bank. And say its our policy , That's terrible customer service. If anything if I sign you should definitely give me the car cuz it was approved and ask me to bring it back if u didn't get paid for a loan i was approved for

I wouldn’t advise nobody to buy a car from Mitsubishi of Hayward or Kia of Hayward or Nissan of San Leandro. There was a worker their name Ali, the salesman who I remember that I bought my car from about 2 1/2 years ago from the Nissan of San Leandro they sold me a car That was so messed up it may have been a used car but at the same time if you’re going to sell a used car to someone at least make sure the car is put together I only had the car for 2 1/2 years I don’t go nowhere but to work and come back home literally I don’t travel with my car. I don’t go on road trips or nothing like that with my car. I have had so many problems with this car They knew this car was a lemon They tricked me they knew it was my first time buying a car off the lot and I didn’t know much and I was a young 20-year-old who was just really happy about buying a car at the time In two years, I have already had to put another transmission in this car. I’ve had so many engine problems with this car so many problems. My car has been in and out the dealership at least more than 4 to 5 times.They just didn’t care now . I called them because now my car won’t drive and I got a call back from Ali. I went in today 9 20 2025 and all because I didn’t wanna buy a 50,000 car and I knew they were trying to trick me with the car and they offered I felt financially that what they were trying to push onto me wasn’t right he was very rude. He told me I would never be able to buy a car again because of my credit he told me I should just let my old car get repossessed and to get another car loan basically just telling me to put myself in a whole financial hole all because my I was stating my opinion He told me I could never fix my credit again that my credit couldn’t get any worse or it couldn’t get any better because I have some things on my credit report, but they don’t know that you can get your credit repaired overtime that man was very very rude and I know they were just trying to push this electric car on me because of Trump and Elon Musk stopping the rebate in October 1 just like he said he was trying to push me to buy I car that I couldn’t even travel with to Sacramento even if I wanted too don’t buy a car from these people. These people are true scammers they don’t care about you. They don’t care about getting you into a good car. They just care about getting their commissions just getting their money from people. They don’t care about screwing you over know nothing I really wouldn’t advise you guys to buy a car from these People.

First time in the Mitsubishi Hayward showroom couple of weeks ago and fell in love with the look of the Red Outlander Sport. Came back today and drove this puppy home :) Our Sales Rep, Joseph/Joey was super nice and easy to work with. George, the General Sales Manager was super nice as well. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner since he was in the store today :) Our purchase experience today was fast and easy. Both of the gentlemen knew about their products and were very professional. I was happy with my new car and the price that I paid for it. Thank you for everything... After having had such a hard time purchasing our new vehicle, these guys made it easy. All the leg work was done before hand. There was no pressure to buy just because of what I just mentioned, once we got down to the dealership. The vehicle was brought closer to us from one of their other dealerships, so we didn't have to drive as far. They process was fast, easy and transparent. Honestly, this is how car buying should be. Of course, you want a good deal and don't want to pay more than you should for a vehicle. But this is a business, and they only survive if they make a profit. So, coming in with outrageous expectations is unrealistic. They best you can hope for is to find something that you really like, can afford, stays within your budget (because there is a difference), get treated well and don't get worn down by the process so much that you make a bad decision. That's exactly what we got. I really can't say enough about how well we were treated and the care that was given to us after our previous experiences the prior 2 weeks. Thank you for all your help and the honest service.

I placed an order for parts through Mitsubishi on August 20th. A week went by and I never received my parts, so I tried contacting the parts department. Every time I called, it went straight to voicemail. I even left a voicemail but never got a response. Eventually, I was finally able to get through to Bill at the San Jose Location, and he was able to help me right away. All that was needed was to collect payment so my order could be shipped out—something that could have been easily resolved if someone had just answered the phone in the first place. It’s very frustrating that the parts department and even the main operator line went straight to voicemail with no follow-up. No one seemed to want to pick up the phone and do their job, except Bill, who was the only helpful person throughout this whole process.

This place, let me tell you about this place, so my car broke down, and I called This place cause it’s the closest to me so John answered the phone. He was very nice. Great guy. I have no complaints towards that guy. He right Away send a tow truck to pick up my car. The next day he called me to let me know. Yes, we are going to fix your car couple days later he called me to go pick up a rental. With Mona Mona was really good with helping me with everything especially getting me in a car rental calling me and letting me know what’s going on with my car they really did a great job on everything. Mona was really great on communicating with me. She has done a great job. Very nice lady I cannot complain about her either John was also very nice. He did what he had To do if I could give him and her a 10 star or 100 stars I would, but unfortunately, this app only lets me give them five I really wanna thank Mona for everything, Mona and John thank you for working on my car and dealing with me. Really really recommend them 100%. Very nice people

Mr Youngs purchased a brand new cooling fan assembly from us and returned something completely different, he returned a heavily used and damaged cooling fan assembly thats NOT even the same manufacture we sell. He took the new one and sent back the used one. this is theft. we messaged several times with no response. A Very dishonest person!
