Absolutely Great Customer Service! Called the Business up and was Answered by a Worker Named Rick who was Polite and worked with me to forge a plan to get my window realigned for my Fiat 500! (Been driving with that window stuck down for 2 days xD) Whilst they were working on it, He Kept me informed on the issues that they Identified and what could be done to fix them! I grew up around paint and body folks, I've done my share of wet and dry sanding so I can say without hesitation, these guys are good! I personally haven't used insurance for my repairs I've dealt with them on my own. After several small bumps, scratches, cracked windshields and dinged bumpers, HCD has always taken care of me. They even repainted my 05 Tundra, looks brand new. I wont take my Toyota to any other body shop in the Valley. Bottom line, they do what they say and their word is gold. Thanks All Ya'll. Took my brand new truck in due to me denting my tailgate. I searched all over and got all the same over priced responses. I found HCD and was shocked how profesional and well versed they are. While everyone quoted me over two thousand for unknown reasons, HCD got it done for almost half the price and looks brand new. They went the extra mile to find a different color brand new tailgate part and color matched my paint perfectly. By doing this they saved me over 1000 dollars. To top it off the truck was done in just about 2 days. Showed up Thursday to get an estimate. They got the part the part the next day and that was pretty much it. Highly recommend them for their honest and high quality profesional work they do. Hopefully won’t need to come back but I will if i ever need my truck worked on.
