Took months to get the transmission on the car. Left missing parts. This place was a huge nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

this place is awful he stole parts and money from us ,he was very disrespectful and tried to get violent when confronted hes not worth the money or time save your money and go to a mechanic thats actually worth it not someone who will screw you over and probally mess your car up

Brought our truck for transmission repair Dec. 1st 2017 it's now February 8th 2018 still not ready called him never ever answers calls or texts and doesn't return either I'm just trying to pickup my truck even if not finished take elsewhere but he's not even here doesn't even open so I can take my truck as is please don't ever bring anything here because it will never be fixed save yourself your money go elsewhere

Took my vehicle to this so called transmission place on August 9 2017 and it is now September 20 2017 and yet has not fixed it, called and no answer, don't know how to treat customers ,very disrespectful! Would not recommend this place save yourself a headache and your money ...."Not worth it"!

They far worst ...he put our transmission on another truck and cant even return our calls its been 3 months ... Well sir ur are thief and i as u can see im not the only person who feels like this ..lol

Horrible person will take your transnission apart and wont fix it only to get cash from you or threaten to keep your car if you dont pay him. Also will not answer phone, messages or texts. Hes a horrible person, a crook and very unprofessional. Please do not do business with him as hes a burnt mecanic other mechanics know his story. He has a bad rep.

Worst experience ever my cousins transmission went out and one of my coworkers said he had a friend that had a shop. Gave him my trust n transmission took it to his buddy which later I found it was Ralph. He did the transmission in a timely manner but when I reinstalled it the transmission wasn’t shifting right took it back and got it back a week later. Lasted a week took it back and Ralph. After 3 months of trying to contact him which he never responded he finally replied with an additional charge of 650$ for an electrical short due to rodents and removal and install of the transmission. I just wanted the truck back so I paid it lasted 30 miles before acting up again. Took it to a different shop and was told the transmission was bad. Took it off again and realized the harness was still in tacked in original wireloom no electrical repairs performed transmission oil was black not not replaced convertor was original not a new one like he had mentioned. Called my coworker he called Ralph and supposedly was going to reimburse 500$ which is hat never happened. Had to pay a diffrent shop to rebuild transmission again. Ralph is a thief and a liar. His shop is always closed even if he’s there. Hopefully this help future customers from becoming victims to his con

I took my truck to this guy Ralph transmission to get my transmission rebuild and he replaced with another that wasn't the original transmission. He stole my transmission and money. My dad had passed away and I wanted to restore truck. Transmission installed is no good. Does anyone know where we can report this guy so it won't happen to anyone else.
