Made online appt - check-in was efficient - I did not wait as my work took several hours to complete, but I was satisfied with the outcome of the work as it resolved my issues. I didn’t price shop the work so I can’t speak to the value, but the convenience of arranging a drop off and being able to pick it up later with the issue resolved beat having to make phone calls or not knowing if I would be able to get my car back the same day.

Made an appointment for 8:30 in the morning for brakes. The guy at the front desk told me he might not have anyone that could do my car kind of car. He turned to the guy next to him and he say no. I got in my car and on my way to I called the Brownsville Tx store where a young lady told me they can do all cars and she set me up for an appointment at 8;30 am the next day. When to Brownsville Tx to get my car done.

Thank you Pep Boys for being there for us at our time of need. Our family was just about to head out of town on a 5 hour trip at 7:30 at night. As luck would have it we suddenly saw one of our tires was extremely low as we were just about to head on the expressway. Of course it’s a Friday night and almost 8 o’clock when pretty much everything is closed for any tire repair. We headed to Pep Boys and arrived 10 minutes before closing as they were already closing the bay doors. We explained our situation to the gentlemen and without skipping a beat, had our truck in the garage and out, fixed and ready to go, in 15 minutes. We were able to make our trip all thanks to the helpful people there at Pep Boys. Most places would say “We’re closing” and not help out. We really appreciate the selfless service as I’m sure they were ready to go home for the day. They have definitely earned a lifelong customer here. Thank you Pep Boys!!

Best thing to do there is buy the tires out the door & get them installed at a mom & pop little shop. The "get the 4th tire free" is not a good deal. Installation fees are bull....

Came by to get a new set of tires and they were able to check me in, and assigned me a technician swiftly! The man in the front was super friendly and made me feel welcome. They did quote an hour wait, which ended up taking about 2 1/2 hours, but it was okay because they were nearby some shopping places I was able to walk through and distract myself while I waited for their call that my vehicle was ready. The price was new tires was steep of course, but the quality and the speed and effectiveness I was able to receive during this visit was worth it.

Charged 1000 for rear brake pads and rotors that need to be replaced as i had a break fluid leak. They told me calipers also so I did. After the brakes were super soft. So brought back and they told me I needed a new master cylinder for $1200. I asked if they bleed brakes. They didnt. I took home and bleed in 10 mins and all working perfect. Dont go to these scam artist

Assistant Manager Joel Corte very unprofessional and unapproachable and made up a reason for my tires to be not covered by the warranty I still had, tires were under warranty for 80,000 and I only had 55,000 and Assistant Manager Joel Corte proceeded to tell my tires were irreplaceable because I had used them extensively off road

Made an appointment for an oil change. Get there and told I had to leave my card and they have to call in advance for my warranty to cover it and it only covers half. All wrong information by them. What’s the point of making an appointment and them not knowing anything. It’s not my first time there. It’s always something. I’ll go elsewhere

I had a blowout leaving the airport and got towed to Pep Boys. I called ahead and the service tech said they could get to me but it depended on when I arrived. I made an online appointment just to be safe. I arrived in less than 20 minutes from the call. Bryan (the service tech) said he could replace the tires (4), so an oil change as well as change one of the low beam headlights. He said it would be no problem. I confirmed they could get it done the same day as my wife had over an hour drive to pick me up. Let’s just say they tried to replace the low beam light and quit after 15 minutes (service guy had to go home as his shift ended). No worries…the oil change and tires would have been sufficient. I walked to the Nextdoor fast food place and had a quick bite. I came back and still nothing had been done. Bryan also had gone home along with two of the mechanics. Two more mechanics were scheduled to leave in 30 minutes and the remaining employee said I hate to tell you, but they won’t be able to get to you today. After a two hour wait, my wife had to come and get me. We returned the next day to pick up the vehicle. The Manager (Jose or Joe) did offer 10% off, but it was a frustrating experience. They did say that the online reservation on the web is useless and advised that nobody was allowed to work overtime. I guess managing labor is more important than taking care of customers and making your commitment.

Great service, I've used them a few timez for all my tires changed, all pads, rotors and fixed a puncture. Every appointment they've been very informative, honest, communicated well and friendly.
