This guy is a rip off. Charged $300 for a diagnosis when he said he would charge $112 for it. I also wanted a specific diagnosis and guess what ? he didn't even give me one. He said (it could be this, but wont know until we actually change it) I could be guessing too! The point was to get a good diagnosis. He Charged me more to play a guessing game than a CHEVY dealer would've charged me to actually diagnose it. Then he also told me the part costed. 1,345.43. Then somehow looking at the pre-bill he would charge me more for diagnosis for doing the actual job (THE MAYBE ITS THIS PART) all in all he wanted to charge me $1,922.55 Keep in mind he said the part was 1,345 So he makes it seem like his labor is "cheap" (ITS AN EASY FIX THOUGH) *(did some research NEW PART COSTS $300-$500 in a bunch of places INCLUDING DEALERSHIP)* So he was just trying to scam me I felt that after his first price changed and he didn't call me to confirm "more diagnosis" afterwards like he said....... I asked a bunch of other mechanics they all would do it for 50 bucks to switch it one even said its so easy he would do it free if I brought him the part. Also Kept looking around for this 1,345. Part and nowhere would I find it for that price So idk where the hell he gets that it costs $1,345. Cause no matter where I checked the most expensive one I found was 500 NEW... BUT AVERAGE COST FOR THIS PART IS IN THE 300s BUT DID FIND SOME FOR a little more 400. ish But for him to claim. Almost 5X ITS COST. SMH DISGUSTING. THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER LOOKING FOR A QUICK BUCK Off of hard working AMERICANS SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Brought my truck to replace the water pump and asked Dean to check everything order the hood. The truck is 13 years old and had not gone into the shop for any repairs. I knew there were some things that should be replaced. He called me with some items he felt should be changed and I agreed it was time get it done. Dean kept me apprised of the status and completed the job on time. I appreciate doing business with local folks and am very satisfied. My truck runs like new!
