I had an incredible experience with Ali and his collision shop. From start to finish, they made the process of fixing my car smooth and easy. First, Ali provided me with a detailed estimate of the work that needed to be done, and he walked me through the process step by step. He was incredibly patient and understanding, taking the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns that I had. Once I agreed to have the work done, Ali and his team got to work right away. They were extremely efficient and skilled, completing the repairs in no time at all. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as new! But what really stood out to me was the level of customer service that Ali and his team provided. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work that they had done. Ali even followed up with me a few days later to make sure that everything was still working properly. Overall, I would highly recommend Ali and his collision shop to anyone in need of car repairs. I heard about Heights Collision through a couple of friends, and I am so lucky to have found such a professional and reputable Collision shop throughout the whole process. I was updated through every step and to my surprise everything came out better than expected after my vehicle is completed almost no one could tell I was ever involved in a collision I couldn’t even tell what was fixed because of how clean it looked. I am very grateful and thankful for such a professional and comfortable experience will definitely be returning for any other needs!

I called 5 different body shops before I talked to Ali from Heights Collision. He is a very honest, respectful individual with great communication. He was very responsive and quick to answer all my questions and gave me an instant quote over the phone that was very affordable compared to the other quotes I got from the other shops. My wheel flares on the passenger side were stolen and so I bought new ones and needed them painted and installed. Ali helped me out so much and saved me a lot of time and money. As soon as I talked to him about what I wanted done he told me I can drop the parts off to get them painted. As soon as I dropped them off, the next day I receive a call from Ali telling me they are ready. So when I went to pick them up I asked Ali if he could put them on for me as they are quick to install and clip on with 3m tape. With no hesitation, he and another employee installed them for me on the spot while I was there. He didn’t even charge me for the installation. I appreciate that so much. It really meant a-lot to me. I had a great experience dealing with Heights Collision and I recommend all who need any repairs done on any vehicle to bring it to Heights Collision. They were truly amazing and his reviews prove that to be the truth. I will never go to any other body shop again! Thank you so much Ali and to all the employees at Heights Collision. Heights Collision is the best! So impressed with the work that Alin (Ali) and his team did on my daughter’s 2022 Mazda CX 5. They were competitively priced and in some cases much lower for a very thorough repair. I was especially impressed with how he completed the job Earlier than expected. Other shops would not commit to completing the job before my lease turn in was due. Alin is very trustworthy and pleasant to deal with. Our Toyota Sienna had deep scratches from where someone backed into it. I had a quote from a shop in Grand Rapids took it to Heights for another estimate. Theirs was half the cost of the first estimate! They were friendly and helpful and did the repair in less than 2 days. They got me in right away and even offered to drive me home while they worked. When I picked it up, it looked PERFECT! I appreciated the fact that the price was his exact quote and didn't go up as is often the case with other shops. Highly recommend this shop. Allen and his team at Heights Collision did a remarkable job fixing my Truck. They did it with blazing fast speed. Paint job looks great and all the reveal lines match up perfectly. My driver door was hit and pushed towards the front bumper. Barely opening or closing. The door shuts and sounds like it’s brand new. And he even guaranteed me my price and I didn't have to pay a penny more. He said my truck would be done in a week and it was done in a week to the day. Thank you Allen.
