My car (Ford Flex) drives so nice now. Mr Cooper was friendly and kept the line of communication open. He texted when there was a question and didn't rush me to make a unexpected decision. I will bring my other car here in the future.

I had a very bad experience with management there I had a legitimate question on the diagnostics fee they charge in my past experience with them it was always about 45 dollars to look at a vehicle well. For some reason he wanted to charge my Daughter $88 so when I questioned him about the fee he flew into a rage kick the door of his own office broke some picture on the door and then jumped in my face in a hostel manner and accuse me of being intoxicated when in reality I had just got off work and I was very tired bad place they never will get my business again and also threatened to call the police on me for no reason

By far the worst auto shop experience I have ever had. Had to go back 7 times before the repair was finished correctly, vehicle had cigarette ashes all over the seats/interior. When I got the truck back they gave it back with the radio totally without power, including interior door chimes - they stated it was a “bad radio,” and I needed a new one. Then when I had to take the vehicle back in because they didn’t fix it correctly, the radio magically worked! It was obvious that they put together the vehicle incorrectly, then were too lazy to troubleshoot their mistake and solved the situation by telling me I needed a new radio - which would be over $1,000 installed! They also told me they had a loaner for me, which I was able to use one time the vehicle was in the shop, then they claimed was “unavailable,” the multiple times I had to bring it back (since they did not repair the vehicle correctly and it was having issues). This cost me close to $900 in car rentals over the course of 6 weeks and many trips back to the shop to have it worked on. The owners son was particularly rude, argumentative, and unhelpful. Stay far away if you value your time or money.

My family has used Coopers auto repair for over 20 yrs. Always fair and honest. They have never tried to sell me extras and the work is usually done same day or next.

We had an emergency situation come up and Bill, along with others, made this the BEST possible outcome we could have hoped for! Honest, fast, affordable, and friendly. We'll be telling everyone about our experience and they have our business exclusively now!

Bill still runs the place, with help from family. He's gruff. But they do excellent work!

I have use this shop many times they take FOREVER! I figured as long as they do the job right. Well they've had my truck for 2 weeks. Told me it would be done yesterday well I had a ride they assured me it won't be done till tomorrow but will come and get you no big deal. Well now when it's time for me to get my truck back that they already got paid for the minute they got it they can't come get me because they're going to lunch so I can't do what I need to do after them having my truck for two weeks my son has an appointment I've already had to reschedule it twice because they've taken so long with my truck and now they're going to tell me oh well we're going on lunch. If you have a million years to deal with these people go ahead but this will be my last time

It’s refreshing to find a garage that still cares about helping people. If you need a trustworthy and fair garage, then this is your place. Bill, the owner is there and he is straight to business. Just what you want. My son and I are on a road trip to TX and had an urgent need. We called the afternoon prior and Bill said he would work us in first thing the next morning. We were there at 8am and he had us rolling by 9am to keep us on schedule. There is a Tim Horton’s right across the street if you are waiting. Support this local business...they will treat you well!!

Bought an older truck. Was told it was the owner's personal ride and that there was nothing wrong with it at all. I even asked to be told of any issues so I could address them. I was told by Jeff, the owner, "not a thing wrong with it." Said he drove it everyday. Was told, "no leaks, nothing". He went on to say he had over $8000 in receipts to go with the truck. (did not). Bottom line. He gives me the truck with the fuel gauge on E. Says better put some gas in it. I fill it up. Immediately starts pouring gas all over my driveway. Turns out had a big hole in the tank. I go talk to Jeff again about it. He says too bad. Says, "you've got buyers remorse". Then his son starts blowing kisses at me telling me to, "go home". End result. Leaking rear main seal, leaking trans, radio doesn't work, speedometer doesn't work. I know a lot of this is my fault for not being thorough in driving and looking at the truck in detail. Just letting you know that you will be lied to and will probably need to make some repairs that you did not anticipate on making.

I remember going here when I was young and my dad would take the truck in. It’s a shame to say they’ve changed from those times. Every time you go there nowadays you walk out not being able to sit. Was charged 2700 just to put in a used trans and t case with a new clutch. Told them do not exceed 1500. Get a call it’s done 2700. 2 days later the transfer case is leaking out the seal. They gave me the run around and wont do anything. Don’t trust em.

SCAMMERS!!! SCAMMERS!!! I brought my truck in to have my starter replaced and was told the engine I had put in by them the year previously was seized then when they discovered I had a warranty they tried saying I went way over on my oil change only to call two days later to say good news your engine is fine it’s just the starter

Dropped my car off due to it not starting, they claimed they fixed a ground wire. Now my cars doing it again, had called them back and I was laughed at on the phone. Called them again recently to ask where the ground wire that they fixed was at on my car, just a week or so ago. They couldn’t tell me where the ground wire was that they “Fixed”. Ohhh, they also charged me $150. But can’t tell me where the ground wires at. Don’t go here!

This place is a big rip off!! Scamming people left and right. Lying about what's wrong and what work they did. Then when the same problem happens again in a month or 2 they don't care, they laugh in your face, don't remember you and have no records of your car or work done. Way over priced and just do (or say they did) whatever without your permission then call, say it's ready and give you a super high price. I went round and round with them for months never got my problems fixed right. After spending thousands of dollars there I gave up and took it somewhere else they fixed both problems for less than $500 and car runs great! Don't go here!! They act all nice at first but oh what a horrible surprise you're in for shortly down the road!!

This locations screams SCAM. Took my vehicle to get repaired then they “find something else” and don’t fix the original issue I took it in to get fixed. They will upcharge you and not fix your vehicle. Never will be coming back or referring anyone here, not even if it was a free service

Big rip off especially if you’re a women. Referred to them by my dr. I had been ripped off at another garage. Went in for an engine light told me a couple wires had been chewed by a rodent $450.00. Ok but he calls the next morning and tells me i need new springs they broke. They were fine when i went in there. Thats ok ill get them fix when i get the money he goes oh no you cant drive it like this its not safe. So i said ok he goes $600.00 more. So now i’m up to $1050.00. I go to pick it up and it’s $1350.00. The guy goes there were complications. Never go there. I felt like they were laughing at me for how stupid i was. Also the new springs looked old and rusty😡

Really appreciate the work these guys did on my car. I came to them after being treated terribly by another shop in town and found them to be very honest about the work completed, fair on price, and quick to give me feedback and open communication on what was going on with my car. They replaced this rear motor mount very quick and did not give me a hard time at all! Thank you for helping to get my car back to me and not taking advantage. Definitely recommend this place and will be going back to get routine maintenance before I head out of town :-)

I have taken my vehicles to many local repair shops in the area. Coopers is super competitive with pricing in my opinion. The repairs i needed were much lower then the other 3 shops that quoted out the work. Took my vehicle in for tie rods and front wheel alignment, also knew i had a bad hub which i forgot to mention. They called to inform me about the hub repair which was an additional $300 parts and labor. Was not in the budget, they offered to fix it anyway and pay them later which i obviously accepted. Came back 2 days later to square up with them. Was almost $100 less expensive for all the repairs that were done. They have worked on 2 of my 3 vehicles in the last 6 months and have done a great job with fair pricing. I will continue to take my vehicles for service at Coopers.
