Every time something goes wrong with my car, I always take it to Moe at Teleford. They are the only place my brother and I trust w/ our cars. The service is efficient and the Moe always does his best to give you the best price. They never try to upsell you any service you do not really need. I have taken my car in for a welding service and Moe went above and beyond and noticed my oil was a quart short and filled it up for me at no charge. They are honest people who do good work. Any car issues, I definitely recommend Teleford, 10/10, you won’t regret it.

Most honest mechanic family-owned shop in town. Very reasonable prices, professional and respectful attitude, and best of all, they stand by their work and honor all warranties. Very quick and advanced service. They are NAPA certified and were awarded Top Five NAPA certified shop in the state! Definitely my go-to shop for all 3 of our cars and will always recommend to family and friends.

I recently had my vehicle in at Tel-Ford for what ended up being just a weak battery that needed replaced. I was relieved since I fully prepared for it to be the starter or alternator. They were reassuring from the beginning and never tried to up-sell me. I was intimidated at the thought of researching and deciding on a local repair shop, but eventually necessity mandated a quick decision and I believe I've made the right one! They called to let me know when the tow truck driver had dropped off my vehicle and it was ready in a timely manner. I wasn't able to pick it up that day though and they had no issue letting me leave it there over the weekend. They even said if I called to let them know I'm on my way, they would get the car started and have it warmed up for me (a welcome treat in cold Michigan winter!). The service techs were very friendly and seemed trustworthy. Due to Covid everything was done over the phone up until I picked up my car. They said they are trying to make arrangements to meet customer requests and concerns due to the pandemic, which is something I really appreciate and will keep me coming back in the future too. Of course I hope to have as few vehicle issues as possible, but I won't hesitate to return to Tel-Ford if something comes up.

One of the best auto repair services in the area. Ed, Moe and their team are very nice people and do great work. What I like the most about them is their honesty. They do fast services except when they do oil change. It usually takes me 10 to 20 minutes in other places, but here, it takes more than 30 mins.

The owners and technicians here are the best around period. They always go above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of. They always take the time to discuss the scope of work and the cost before hand. They have never overcharged me and do not perform any unnecessary work just to make a buck. I take all the company vehicles and my personal vehicles there. As well I have sent all my coworkers and friends there. They are all repeat customers and have told me that the price and quality of work destroys any other shop they have been to in the past.

Adnan and Moe at Tel-Ford Services are professional, clean, and precise when it comes to maintaining my vehicles. Always greeted with a smile and kind words. I have had many different model vehicles over the years both foreign and domestic. They can fix anything. They will always put the customer first and take care of any issues. Honest, Reliable, and Fair – The Best Auto Shop in Town! A few months ago, I was referred to Telford Service Repair (Moe & his team) after my Ford Explorer continued having issues even after visiting a dealership. From the start, Moe stood out—he educated me without pushing unnecessary services and gave me a straight diagnosis: I needed a new engine. His transparency and professionalism were refreshing. Fast forward, I bought a new truck, and once again, Moe and his team delivered exceptional service. Even when Moe stepped out, his crew handled my brake service efficiently, ensuring I was back on the road quickly. Unlike another local shop in Redford, MI, that used cheap parts and forced me to return, Moe got it right the first time—quality work at a fair price. I also want to thank him for helping my mother with her Ford Taurus. Some shops take advantage of women, but not Moe. He accurately diagnosed her U-joint issue, fixed it without upselling, and charged a reasonable price. We need more honest, trustworthy shops like this! The bottom line, if you value true excellence and professionalism, seek out an ASE-certified mechanic and avoid this mediocre mechanic shop. This shop merely holds state certification—the bare minimum for safety—yet charges more than ASE-certified professionals, while delivering way below substandard service. I was so surprised by the fraudulent behavior of the over the counter staff, specifically the old man and his son Mohammad, engaged in what I consider to be deceitful behavior and their business practices are steeped in lies and dishonesty at this so-called Tel Ford Service mechanic shop. I initially visited their shop for a simple fuel pump replacement, a task that should have been straightforward. However, they deliberately sabotaged the brand-new part I had personally purchased, forcing me to buy an identical one from them at an exorbitant $567 markup. To add insult to injury, they charged me an additional $300 in labor fees. The old man initially promised to source a superior pump directly from the manufacturer, with the expectation of improved quality justifying the higher price. However, it became clear that he had simply ordered the same Napa Auto Parts pump that I had originally provided (the one he had vandalized). When confronted, he refused to speak with me directly, instead sending his son as an intermediary to feign ignorance. In the end, I was swindled out of over $860 beyond the original estimate. I think this mechanic shop is a den of thieves, and I urge others to avoid them at all costs. Few days later, I had to revisit them for a rattling sound came from the area supposedly repaired part, well within their work warranty. His son then had the audacity to suggest a $75 diagnosis fee, with no acknowledgment of their own error. The bottom line, if you value true excellence and professionalism, seek out an ASE-certified mechanic and avoid this mediocre mechanic shop.
