Well where do I begin, BACKWOODZ AUTO is TOP-NOTCH in my book, I will NEVER go back to the CADILLAC DEALERSHIP IN DEARBORN AGAIN, For reasons they said would be impossible to be done to my car in less than a week and under 3200$ BACKWOODZ AUTO did in less than 3 days and under 700$, HANDS DOWN BACKWOODZ AUTO IS VERY PERFESIONAL AND VERY FAIR PRICED. Electrical repair, Transmission repair, replaced broken motor mount , replaced broken thermostat. Chrysler PT Crusier is not the easiest to work on with the sideways engine but it was repaired in a timely manner and it is running better than it has in a long time. Definitely recommend

WORSE MECHANIC EVER!!!!!!!!! he will keep ur car way longer then expected and drive it all over town for personal use well telling you the car is not fixed, I found him driving my car to go pick up people and grab his drugs. If he trys to tell me he doesn't I have video proof and all my air teg pings for every house he stopped at

I give BackWoodz 5 Stars. Service was fast. I needed a bunch done with my car. Brakes, Rotors, some front work and the mechanic was able to do everything very fast and had my car back in 2 days. Very much recommend BACKWOODZ. Best mechanic EVER!!!!!!!!

I needed a mechanic over the weekend which is hard to find, but this business was and not only that, they came to my house to pick up the vehicle. Throughout the repair I was informed of what was being worked on as well as cost. Their pricing is very competitive which made getting multiple repairs affordable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Had to have Power Steering Pump w/reservoir replaced on my Mercedes. Bill came and picked my vehicle up on Sunday and replaced my Power Steering Pump w/reservoir. It took 3 days to fix because of a problem that another shop caused to my pulley, but Bill got my car running great again, and I am very satisfied with his service. He even fixed the problem with my car not shutting down right away, at no extra charge. He may be a one man show, but he seems to be very knowledgeable and experienced with cars. The only advice I would give to Bill is maybe try communicating with the clients by phone instead of text when possible, which is more personal and keeps the clients assured of any progress. Great Mechanic!!🤗
