He did a fantastic job from start to finish! His demeanor is one to be admired. He has a perfect calmness in a tense situation where I had no hot water. I had System failure and breakdown. Henley's is my first call for any plumbing need. Major drain rebuild caused by roots 95% clogging toilet drain. Monday-Thursday job. Gavin, Billy and Ricardo did a great job. Jackhamered in one bathroom, dug down 3 ft. Diligently R&R existing drain. Offered to install new toilets if we wanted, no upcharge. Refilled dirt, poured concrete and cleaned up each day. Really nice guys. A stressful situation. Guys made it tolerable. Ask for Gavin, Billy and Ricardo. I highly recommend them for small to major plumbing work. Yes, we got new toilets and are having them convert tub to tub/shower combo. Next, they'll replace our shower. Good people, doing good work, at a good price.

I did not have hot water this morning. I called Henley's Plumbing & Air at 6:21 this morning. They were able to schedule the service between 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. When they tell you that they are open 24 hours, they are truly open 24 hours, someone will take your call anytime. Unfortunately, I needed to replace my water heater. I am so happy the work was assigned to David and his assistant. They came on time. Before they did the work, David told me how much it would cost. David is willing to work with you to make it easier on your pocket. They were able to help me save some money. David is an honest person, and you can trust him. David and his assistant are really good at what they do, and they do not waste time. I am so happy that I was able to have hot water the same day. Thank you so much for a job well done!!!

I recently noticed a sulfur smell coming from around my water heater and needed to get it checked out. After searching on Yelp I found Henley’s Plumbing and Air. They responded to me promptly and sent David Casillas and RJ out to do a safety inspection on it shortly after. The communication was excellent throughout the process. David performed the tests and identified the source of the leak. He recommended to replace some parts that would solve the issue and bring my water heater up to code. David and RJ are very professional and did the work thoroughly as agreed upon. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Billy & Ricardo were customer service focused. They let us gave us different options and let us determine what was best for our budget.
They answered all of our questions and made sure we understood what was done before they left.

Just wanted to thank David and RJ for their efficient response and service. I called yesterday morning and their customer service representative was able to send out plumbers in as little as 2-3 hours. I shortly after received a text with the name and picture of the plumber who would show up to assist me. That’s a great feature for security purposes. David also sent me a text message when he was arriving. He assessed the situation and quickly gave me a quote, luckily for me the work was completed all in one day. This was very helpful as I did not have to schedule another appointment. Thank you again David and RJ.

Seriously, if you need plumbing work done, you have to call Henley and ask for Josh. This guy genuinely loves plumbing, and it shows! He came out to install my own water softener I got from homedepot and went way beyond what I expected. He talked me through alot of tips and tricks about my whole house water system, giving me solutions with his knowledge to common issues and even dropping some knowledge about local laws I had questions about. For instance, he recommended getting a carbon filter instead of another sediment filter since I already had two, which was super helpful. But that’s not all. We got to talking, and he gave me some pointers about my water heater and AC too. Josh as well as the office was so easy going and cool to just chat with. Josh is extremely patient with my questions, and honestly, it made me feel like I can call him for any plumbing issue in the future without hesitation. He also gave me the best price around, really though about how he was going to install the copper pipes to make it look good, and as if that wasn’t enough, he even threw in some extra potassium, which is just amazing because it’s so much better for my plants. Oh, and their warranty is a fantastic price and includes discounts on future AC and plumbing work. Best plumber around, I mean look at how clean the install is!

Henley's plumbing & Air did a great job on my sewer line problem. The techn. that really surprised me is Justin. He is a hard working from beginning to end. He is a man of his word. He did a great replacing my concrete and stucco on the finished work. They broke out the concrete from my laundry in my garage to the entry way by my front door, they installed all new sewer line and tied into new 4" main line that they also installed. At the end of each day they clean up and everything nice for us. I highly recommend Henley's Plumbing, especially Justin he is a nice guy. He explains what he is going to do from beginning to end. Also shout out to Dominic, he is also a nice guy he helped out Justin with this project. It was a big project, but they made it seemed flawless. All the guys at Henley's Plumbing are very nice and polite. I just can't say enough about Justin, he came on his day off just to finish his finished work. That you guys!
