I like these guys. The place doesn't look like much, but they do a good job. Always come here to have tires repaired, rotated and replaced. EDIT: another patch today, did a quick and nice job.

Very grateful that the current day staff remember & honor the funding person in Henry. He passed some 6 years ago and the ethic he instilled is still respected for the greatest good of greater Dayton, by the people currently serving us, a few tires and smiles at a time. Henry would be very pleased.

I have an emergency situation where I needed a belt put on my alternator. They were able to get my car in the same day, get the part ordered and have it on within about an hour. They were polite and helpful and I will definitely be returning.

There's no clear direction or like it's very confusing where to park when you first get there and also the people who work there and the guy that helped was a complete date. Other than that prices were very low and they did great on my car but when it comes to service and help the employees treat you very s*****. But the work was good.

I came here once about 20 years ago.. They took care of my SUV with a whole set of new tires🚐. Well guess what I'm back.. This place of business took care of me far beyond the normal. Yesterday bought all 4 tires from here.. At an exceptional price.!!.. If your car or truck needs tires 🚐🚗🚚🏍️.. This is the place to get them.. These guys were fantastic. I drove up, asked for a tire change, and they had it done and I was on my way within ten minutes. And the price can’t be beat. On top of all that, they did this on a Sunday! I couldn’t find almost anyone else open on a Sunday. I can’t say how grateful I am for this place and their great service.

Convenient location for down town, these guys know their stuff. Don’t be put off by the packed yard and lines. That’s because they are solid local mechanics who take care of their neighbors. 😁longest I ever had to wait was 20min and I go there regularly. Edit: the tire they sold me last was flat with two weeks with no use! Much less happy with their service and I hope they make this right.

A drunk guy Cross threaded my lug nuts and the when I spoke to the "manger" that was rude I was told the last shop I went to must have cross threaded it ..... But then told them they were the last shop that touched my vehicle he then he got loud so I left.... Id never go here ever again

You'll need help with getting to where you need to park to get tires (IF there are signs, they were not posted where they could be easily seen) Also, all of the tires that are in the lot are used and in almost ok condition. Staff is quick, even in below freezing temperatures. No waiting area, so you'll need to stay in your vehicle. Cannot call ahead, no one answers. - update - when I walked into the main building, I was directed to go to the second building and let them know I needed a tire. There is no office in the second building, and signs all state to stay out of the work area, so it was hard to find someone to help. The lady in the office of the main building told me to just go. There were no chairs or heat for the "waiting area" in the main building, hence my comment of there is no waiting area. After the "corrections" from the comment below, my rating decreased as negligent customer service is foremost for this company. If you have an emergency and just need something until payday, this is an option.

Henry’s tire shop has horrible business. I bought a tire and the same night it went flat that was on a Saturday. I went back up there Monday and they telling me they cannot do anything but on the receipt it says this receipt is your warranty so I plug the tire and it still going flat so I went back up there and they told me I can buy a new. Shaking my head, they got me out of 50 bucks

Before they had an excellent service, now it is lousy, I went on Saturday, on the long weekend, to look for a tire, who attended me only told me that they did not have the average tire I needed, while the other assistant smoked Yerba in a pipe ......

I have been able to receive excellent service from them. Bill is upfront and straight forward about pricing and what is involved. Good communication and service is dependant on the Servicer only when the Customer is clear on the need and what is expected. Never drive off from a place of service without checking the job you paid for. So if this post helps anyone, then it makes it a good review.
