Very honest business with good people. They even gave me a loaner car until they were finished with inspection and repairs. Also gave me a list of potential problems I should look into, but not needed for inspection. They didn’t push me into getting unneeded repairs. It was overall a very pleasant experience and I will now continue to go there for all of my vehicle needs.

I took my car for bodywork. They did the job in a timely manner. While my car was there they checked my car, which needed some maintenance work. They did the job as well, fair price. The mechanics left my car clean while performing the repairs which was really important to me.

I've been using Heritage Auto as my mechanic for a few years now and they're amazing. I love the emphasis on making sure the customer knows what's wrong with their car and what the shop will do to fix it. They don't jerk you around about things and also offer free loaners while your vehicle is being serviced. The staff are friendly and seem rooted in the community around them. I cannot recommend this place enough

While I was very happy with the work at Heritage Auto…when they quoted me a price of close to $3000 I was in shock but thought well it needs to be done (and while it was nice they gave me a loaner car I could have got an Uber for much less $$). After I spoke with my BIL (who is a mechanic) I was hurt and upset when, after going over the invoice with him he told me I was totally ripped off …I told them I live on a fixed income and I was so hurt because (I had work done there several years ago, and I was very happy with the price and the work) .. I thought I had finally found a garage that I could trust with the work and the money end of it as well and I don’t know if I’ll go back… I am so hurt!

They did not listen to me I instructed them just to replace the distributor cap, the rotor and plug wires the Plug wires were replaced about one month to two months ago Plus, I had owned the Bill three labor charges for the one job that they did and the parts were way over the 30 to 50% increase that a Shop normally charges so all in all I got charged way over the amount than what I should’ve got charged. And anybody that goes up there look at your bills when you get them you have to understand what you’re getting charged for before you get scammed
