Wasn't happy with their service.Still having an issue (took it to shop the employee kept saying u will have this ....n he had no respect for my car or lungs with smoking a cigarette right at my van n while I stood there) it looks like it wasn't painted correctly at edges.too You can see a few missed paint spots.

I cannot speak highly enough about John and the guys over at the body shop. I had my car’s color changed from black to white but there were also dents, damage, and some parts that really needed to be fixed/replaced after years of driving. I plan to have my car for as long as I can so putting the work into it was what I wanted to do vs selling/buying something new. They helped me to understand all of the costs, decide what was or wasn’t worth the investment (as someone who doesn’t have wealth to not consider this), and put their full time/attention into the details. People could not believe I was/am driving the same car because it looks brand new! Auto body really is a skill that not many people have and the blood, sweat, and physical labor these men pour into what they do does not go unnoticed. I was able to see some of the process and it truly is tedious/hard work, which seems like an understatement. I just really want to give these guys a shout out and thank them again not only for the awesome job they did but for also being one of the good body shops where yes they’re a business but they also aren’t driven by corporate greed, just want to see their customers happy and be proud of the work they’re doing for us. Will continue to recommend and refer here.

First and foremost owner John Stitzer is a man of integrity, honesty and a true professional! With Stitzer's you will get a job done right the first time and a job of the finest quality workmanship! My wife and I had a Honda Accord fixed by them and when we got it back new pinstripes included, it looked brand new. It was detailed and cleaned inside as well, and drove as smooth as could be. I have a 1990 Ford hi-top conversion van that was backed into by 2 separate people on 2 separate days. ... They worked with my own insurance company (because both drivers that hit me had nasty insurance coverages); got it in and finished in the time they promised. ... FANTASTIC REPAIRS ~ LOOKS NEW ~ AND PAINT BLENDS IN just the way it should. I've been using Stitzers for years. They've done numerous business fleet vehicles for me. I own a contracting business and every now and again my trucks will get dinged up. John Hendricks and his employees have never let me down. They've done terrific work making my trucks look brand new. The thing I like best is that owners John and Bonnie Hendricks are honest down to earth people that do things the right way with integrity always attached. Recently (May 2025) fixed a broken front end bumper/facia on my 2011 Challenger. Removed the front end, repaired it, and reinstalled, and painted it. Last job they did for me (Approx June 2010) was a 67 Lemans rear quarter panel that was hit by a bike. They repaired it and it looked like new and raised the value of the car appraisal by 4K. They stripped and painted my 66 Parisienne with lacquer (Approx Aug 2003) , still looks excellent after 22 years. Only shop in area I go to in this area. They do excellent work for a bargain price. They are friendly, professional, reasonable, and humble. In fact, I heading back there to get a dent removed from my 66 Parisienne.

All I can tell you is are done HVAC all my life and I've been working on my own vehicle since I was 15 years old. I could not believe my insurance company paid to have my van repaired after a accident around one of those traffic circles near Fleetwood. They decided that they would cover replacing the entire side of my van. Nobody could believe it! Not only did Stitzer's carry this off I have had many mechanics look at the repair over the years since and they still can't believe this whole side of the van had been replaced. Need I say more?
