Never coming back here again. Every time I come to this place it's another issue. I came here for the simplest order of two used tires. The lady at the desk was back and forward with me about trying to help me get used tires and also kind of being shady at the same time so it was like she was pretending that she wanted to look out for me and the guy who was working on my car didn't care about looking out for me neither. So I just sucked it up and went with the price of the new tires that she said she had in stock an hour later as the guy has my car lifted off the ground for like an hour and I'm thinking he's working on it she tells me that she has to drive A 40-minute drive to get the tires for me that she said we're there in stock. She claimed the tires were 110 each and I'm still paying almost $240. Felt like a 3-hour wait before something I could have got done for way under $200

Friday night we had two tires blow on the interstate. We are from 5 hours away. Our roadside assistance gave us over a two hour wait. We called a few places and found this one. They towed us and stayed open to replace a tire and put on our spare since our other rim was busted. They tried to find a rim at their shop for our vehicle but didn't have one to fit. They were helpful and went above and beyond what any place where we are from would have done after they had closed. We are truly greatful to their tow guy and crew. I would recommend them a million times over. Once again thank you for all the help. Price wise the tow was almost $300 cheaper than other places and they didn't sell tires. The tire price matched where we bought the second tire after the rim as to not put another hour of driving on the spare to get back to them.

The woman at the front desk seems very unhappy,hostile and her attitude comes across as concerning, especially in a customer-facing role. I truly hope she’s okay ; it almost seemed like something might be affecting her health or well-being. I mention this not as criticism, but out of genuine concern, because her energy makes the experience unpleasant for customers. Other than that , the guys working at the back are pretty decent. I like their work but I just dont want to deal with that front desk lady again which makes me question if i want to ever go back there.
