This place has great workers who look out for you. I was told by one place that I need to have all this work on my car. They check it and found out I only needed one thing that needed to be replace. And you have two way buy the parts yourself and just pay for them to put it on. Or they will find the parts and let you know how much it will come to before they do any work on your can. And if they find something else they will let you know what it is and how much it will cost for part and to have it done. Like I said a great place to go to been going there for years as mother did and brother and daughter all go there.

The owner , Alijandro was very courteous, very professional, very fast in ordering the parts . Today he replaced the car starter with a new one and charged me a very good price . He gave me a very special treatment that I will never forget . From now on , I will always bring my car here for service. I write this with a heavy heart. I have been using MC Auto for over five years. Up until this point they had high prices but good service. The service has declined. I put my vehicle in for repair for a sunroof, last year, it took one week to fix and then in a few days the sunroof broke. Took it back and they fixed it again in a day. 7 months later it broke again. Took it to them and then it really got worse. It took over two weeks for me to receive my vehicle. The original quote was $875. The place they got the parts from delivered a broken part and did not want to return it. MC Auto said they could get the part from somewhere else but it could cost more. $225 more. I told them I can pay $125 more. We agreed. A week later they called me to pick up my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, I go tin the car and the rearview mirror was completely off. I told them about it and they looked at me like they could not believe I would say something but they would fix it. Two days later, they called me to pick up the vehicle. I got in my car and tried the sunroof, it opened with a PIECE OF RUBBER HANGING DOWN OFF OF IT. The rearview mirror was barely on the front windshield. I called the owner over and had him sit in my car and I asked him what was I suppose to do with it. "Oh no, the car can drive." pulls off the piece of rubber "you don't need this, I don't think the rearview mirror will come off" as the mirror violently jiggled from the vibration of the car. "I need my vehicle for this weekend I have to travel". He said " Don't worry the mirror will hold until Monday and then you can bring it in". That weekend not only did the mirror fall off, the spot where they supposedly try to connect it made a two huge cracks in my windshield. I barely used the car, only for the heavy rains, I used my motorcycle. I took my car to SafeLite and had them fix it. I will never go back to MC Auto. My time is valuable. They gave me my car back, with other things broken and then acted like it was suppose to be like that. I liked that place, please change up your mechanics and do a better job supervising. As for me, I am mechanic shopping.

Be careful having your vehicle worked on here. First off, the woman at the office is beyond unpleasant to deal with. She has an attitude with everyone that enters the office. I don't know how people return because I would not but the mechanics are professional, except for the electrician that comes in a few days out of the week. He charged $100 for work he did not perform, but we were refunded, never again. Wow!! They replied with a lie but I know what goes on there. WHATEVER!!
