I have never felt strongly enough to leave a review, good or bad, until today. The repair quality for my car was excellent and I was particularly blown away by how good the customer service was. I was stunned when they pulled up my car and both the interior and exterior was detailed to the point that it looks the best it has in years. I was not expecting to have my day made when I went to pick up my car. I highly recommend Hicks after my experience and will refer anyone that needs repairs and/or detailing to them.

I’ve been to Hicks auto body for unfortunate car accident. The customer service has been unmatched and the quality is beyond excellent. You can tell Mr Hicks has a passion for what he does and that really shines in the quality of his work. This has been an exceptional auto body experience for me and my husband. From the beginning to the end I love the owner who treats everyone with dignity and respect. As far as the repair on the front bumper, was a perfect fit. Willie is an honest business man serving the community. I love the detail he did on the car, key chain,hat,touch up paint given to us after car was completed. I would highly recommend him to any one who needs auto body work

I do not have anything negative to say about Hicks Auto Body. Met one of the owners he was very pleasant and great with my son. The work done on my vehicle is remarkable! My car looked new, ( almost 2 years old). Bonus they shampooed and cleaned the interior! When my car was ready for pick up, I was stuck at work. They offered to work with me to possibly meet. You get text and email updates about the status of your vehicle. Can't complain!

Not only did they provide me with excellent communication, but they also saved me some funds when trying to get my vehicle back to the body shop. I was involved in an accident in mid-November, and Hicks Auto Body was one of the repair shops recommended by my insurance. I looked them up and the reviews were amazing, so I chose them—and I’m so glad I did.From the moment I walked into the office to drop off my car until the very end of the process, everyone was incredibly kind and professional. They maintained excellent communication throughout the entire repair process and kept me updated every step of the way. I also had damage on my side doors from a previous, unrelated incident. They contacted me to ask if I wanted those repairs completed as well, and thanks to Mr. Hicks, I was able to get everything done at a very reasonable price.On top of that, I was able to get my inspection done, and they even changed my oil—something I didn’t even know they were going to do. I was referred to Hicks Auto body by a my Insurance company's adjuster and I am a so happy he did. i drive this place almost daily and never fully paid any attention to this company. Hicks Auto repair has been around 50 plus years with supreme service to his customers and the community. Mr Hicks insisted, I’ll have someone drive you home and your car will be ready in 5 days.. Greg who drove me home was very professional and talked highly of bring an employee , who started that he has been there for 18 yrs and still isnt ready to retire because Mr. Hicks Jr, Just like his Dad loves to care for his community as well as his employees. Willie Hicks Jr. is a professional, thoughtful, concerned about his customer vehicle to the point that he took my vehicle to have the sunroof looked at and fixed because water had previously leaked in my vehicle, (no cost to me). Hicks Auto Repair shop is well known in the repair field because I spoke with my brother who is also a professional Mechanic with over 33+ years TD Auto Repair out of Spartanburg SC and he state Sis, that company is very respected and known as a great company. Hicks does business with most major insurance companies and rental car agencies in/around the Boston area and beyond. My adjuster spoke highly of Mr. Hicks as well, told me I would be please and I am. When I ask Mr Hicks about who would he recommend for me to replace all 4 tires He made a call and now I have new tires as well . His auto repair technicians pay close attention to detail, handling your car with the utmost care, as if it were their own. When the job is complete, your car is not only fully repaired, but completely cleaned inside and out. The front office is fast-paced and his customer care team is very knowledgeable and caring. They guarantee that each customer receives the highest quality of customer care/service (if necessary, they'll contact your insurace company/rental car agency on your behalf for additional information). They make certain that all of your documentation is accurate, and you'll receive a copy of all of your paperwork when the job is completed. you can enjoy watching TV, reading a magazine, or snacking on one of their deliclious mini sweet treats.
