Unprofessional team, poor service and quality work. I had car brought there after an accident. They requested money be paid up front before continuing to work on my vehicle. They then forged my signature on documents for supplemental thru the insurance company. Meanwhile, car was not prepared prior to paint job and not buffed after paint job. They mentioned car would be ready on select days and always had an excuse on the day of pick up.Gave me back the car without out detailing it. They were paid to align hood and trunk and failed to do so. The paint job was completed half fast-painting parts while on vehicle vs removing the parts. Paint was also not color matched and specs of paint were left on head lights. I'd highly recommend not coming to this shop unles you would like to get ripped off.

The owner is thorough and about his business. Worked with the insurance company to get the job done and they did great work on my vehicle! There is one small area where looks like the paint started dripping, but not enough to complain about! I just appreciate the great experience!!

Poor quality lackadaisical effort very unprofessional. My car was brought in last year for an automobile collision with my car arrived. While unloaded off the tow truck. I noticed the first red flag. My car Receive Additional damage From not being properly unloaded My vehicles. At for quite some time. Before I received a quote. Estimate was quite cheap because I didn't go through insurance. Red flag number 2. The quality of work that I received was less than satisfactory. I wish I would have gone to another shop. My car was in the shop for an extended amount of time. I paid over $4000 in repair and storage fee. My car when I got it back was not properly fixed. My headlight broke instantly because they did not replace a front headlight. Support bracket, which was quintessential for a proper repair. Not sure how this could have happened. Being that this is a reputable business. And I thought I was taking my card to professionals. The paint chips After the first week and there's orange peel and waves and doll spots. I was so upset. I didn't care to even bring it back for them to fix it considering how long they had my vehicle. I would not recommend nor would I bring my car back there disappointed? The only thing that was actually positive. Was the owner's customer service. He's a very friendly guy. Easy to talk to not sure who he has working there. But they need to tighten up their skills. Maybe if he was anyone actually working on my car.I would have felt comfortable
