I’ll start by saying, I know you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, but Higgins LOOKS better than the other shops that the insurance wanted to send me to, so I decided to try them. Upon entering Misty, Melanie, and the rest of their team were warm and welcoming. Their entry and waiting areas were spotless. They kept me up to date on the status of my repair, every step of the way. They made that part easy, because it was all in text messages and they would send text link to view my status and cost. After repairs/paint were complete, they met their ETA date. We were called around 3:50pm, and were asked to pick it up before 5pm, which was tight but manageable. Upon receipt we found that the drivers floor mat had been taken and the led strips on the drivers side had been torn out. Higgins did their best to search for the mat, but it appears that the car came from the tow yard without it. Not Higgins fault, and although they didn’t offer to replace it, they were apologetic to my case. The car looked brand new when it was returned to us. On the way home, I noticed while driving behind the recently repaired vehicle, that there was what looked like soap residue on the black plastic portion of the bumper. When we got home, I tried to remove it, but it was stained. I quickly reached out to Higgins and they said they were closing for the weekend but to bring it back Monday and they would see what they could do. I brought it back, thinking they would tell me it was like that before it came in or something. Well after one look at it, the guy knew it was paint overspray and quickly got a paint/repair expert to assist in removing the overspray. They gave the vehicle back looking great. Can’t thank them enough for the quick turn around. It took them less than 30 days and they were true to their ETA. The car looks and drives fantastic. I will definitely recommend Higgins in the future.

After being rear ended, Higgins was able to quickly get my car in for Service repair it so it looks brand new again and they did it all very quickly and with amazing communication throughout I would highly recommend using Higgins body and paint. I’ll never use anyone else.

I can’t say enough good things about Jody and Misty at the front desk at the West Jordan location! They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process, and because of them, I always felt confident that everything would be taken care of. The bodywork on my car turned out perfect. 10 Higgins Body and Paint in West Jordan is a first class operation. Everything about our experience with them was exceptional. Carrie, the estimator, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The front desk staff were pleasant. The price was reasonable after comparing it to the two other bids we got. Even though it wasn’t our lowest bid we felt most comfortable with Higgins for a body repair on our brand new car with only 600 miles on it. They are Honda certified and we found them on the Honda website. We asked some questions and Carrie took us into the shop and showed us the answers. The organization of the shop is impressive. We felt like they were not going to cut any corners. We highly recommend them.

Higgins Body & Paint was fantastic to work with. Their communication throughout the time they had my car was impeccable. My first impression was everyone at the front desk they were so nice, helpful and welcoming. The coordination with the rental car company for timing pick up was so amazing! And I could just leave the rental at their facility when I picked up my car - they took care of the rest. When I got my car back the work they did looked fantastic! They know people are never happy about needing their car fixed, so they go above and beyond to service their customers. I will recommend them to anyone who needs repair work on the car.

I would recommend Higgins without any hesitation. Kind, courteous, capable and talented crew. My vehichle was repaired timely, and I was kept informed of every stage of repair. Higgins Auto is by far the best repair shop in the the State. I have experienced really good ones, but Higgins went above and beyond. My 2021 Nissan Titan looks like it was driven off the showroom floor. Their certified technicians and customer service were impeccable.
